Cameron doesn’t believe in love—at least, not the kind that lasts. She’s spent years drifting through dead-end jobs, meaningless flings, and nights she won’t remember by morning. Then Jasmine walks into her life, and suddenly, nothing feels so simple anymore.
What starts as an innocent connection quickly turns into something heavier, something intoxicating. Their friendship is magnetic, unpredictable, impossible to define. Some people leave marks that never fade, and the closer Cameron gets, the harder she falls.
Love. Addiction. Devotion. Destruction. The line blurs, and Cameron can’t tell if Jasmine is saving her or pulling her under.
Either way, she’s never been good at letting go.
I was exploring and stumbled upon this. The characters are flawed, dark, and real. It doesn't shy away from exploring the ugly side of human hearts. This story didn't even needed to be lgbtq as the psychological themes covered are universal. The psychological dynamics of both characters is what kept me reading it. Good one.
