"You mean to tell me that you have been living tbe past eleven years as humans? And that you had no idea you're werewolves?!?!" Minseo asked her cousins while they were in the car. Taehyung and Yoo Jung convinced her to come with them to stand as "witness" to their case.

"I still can't believe that they hid this from us." Minkyu said as he hit the steering wheel with his hand.

"There has to be a valid reason why they did. Let's give uncle and auntie the benefit of the doubt. Usually, parents lie to protect their children, right?" Minseo asked.

"Protect us from what?!" Yoo Jung said loudly.

"I don't know. I'm juat throwing some ideas, okay?" Minseo said.

While the three were talking, Taehyung was just quiet the entire time and Minkyu noticed.

"You okay there, hyung? Why are you so quiet?" Minkyu asked.

"Your necklaces are different from mine." Taehyung said without looking at his brother. He was deep in thought as he remembered what Jungkook said about his necklace.

"What? What are you talking about, hyung?" Minkyu asked.

"Both you and Yoo Joong have the same necklaces. Yours doesn't seem to make you weak. Why would appa and eomma allow me to suffer the whole ten years of my life?" Taehyung said, blinking back tears.

"I don't understand a word you're saying, oppa." Yoo Jung said.

"Nevermind. Let's just see what they have to say. It's just a theory for now, anyway." Taehyung said.

"Min, auntie Go-Eun never told you about our whereabouts?" Minkyu asked.

"She just told me that uncle Namjoon's job entailed you to move a lot." Minseo said, "What does he do, anyway?" She asked.

"He's a banker." Yoo Jung said.

"I don't see how his profession would make him move a lot. Banks stay in one place." Minseo said.

"Pabo, it has branches." Yoo Jung said.

"Haven't you heard about online banking???" Minseo asked.

"Have you even encountered Online Banker as a job title?" Yoo Joong retorted.

"You two, shut up. It's annoying." Minkyu said.

"Kim Minkyu, I'm older than you!!" Yoo Jung spatted.

"By 4 minutes." Minky said.

"Still older." Yoo Jung said.

"Are you even sure we're really siblings?" Taehyung said.

"Hyung, we have the exact same birthmark." Minkyu said.

"Which disappears when you remove your necklace." Tarhyung said.

"Seriously!?" Minkyu exclaimed. "How did I not notice that?"

"Duh, probably because yours is on your back?" Yoo Jung said and Minkyu just rolled his eyes . He turned to their driveway and stopped the engine.

"Appa's not home yet. Shall we wait for him or do we corner eomma now?" Minkyu asked, noticing that their father's car wasn't there yet.

"Let's wait for him. Better that way so that we'll see both their reactions at the same time." Yoo Jung said.

"But, if eomma sees Minseo, wouldn't he get an inkling that we already know sometihing?" Minkyu said.

"You're right. Let's keep her in the trunk first." Yoo Jung joked.

"Ya! Unnie!!" Minseo yelled.

Just then, the sound of a car horn was heard and it was Namjoon about to park beside them.

"Now what?" Yoo Jung asked.

"Now we start." Taehyung said as he went down the car followed by Minkyu and Yoo Jung.

"Hey, kids! How was first day of school?" Namjoon cheerfully greeted them, but nobody reacted and they just stared at their father.

"What? What's with you three?" Namjoon asked.

Yoo Jung stepped away from the opened back seat door, making room for Minseo to come out.

The moment Namjoon saw Minseo, his eyes widened.

"Minseo." Namjoon said under his breath.

"Hi, uncle. It's been a long time." Minseo said.

"What's the matter, appa? You look like you've seen a ghost." Yoo Jung asked.

"Wrong supernatural reference, YJ. I think you meant to say werewolf. Right, appa?" Taehyung said as he observed his father's reaction.

Namjoon looked down at his feet.

"Cat got your tongue, appa?" Yoo Jung asked.

"More like werewolf got your —"

Minkyu attempted to make a sarcastic remark, but Namjoon cut him.

"Okay, that's enough. Let's all go inside and talk." Namjoon said as he went ahead.

The four teenagers followed him.

Once they entered, they saw Namjoon talking to Jin who had the same expression the former had upon seeing Minseo go down from the car.

"Care telling us something we have every right to know about, appa? Eomma?" Taehyung said.

Jin sighed heavily. "Sit down the four of you. I'm happy to see you again, Min." Jin said as he gave Minseo a warm hug.

"H-hello, auntie Jin." Minseo said awkwardly, but hugged back.

The four sat on the long couch in the living room while Jin and Namjoon sat opposite to them.

There was dead silence surrounding the room and it was ironically too deafening for Taehyung. He couldn't take it anymore.

"So, first things first. Is Minseo our real cousin?" Taehyung asked. "Oh and before you answer, I just want to reiterate that we want the truth this time." He added.

"Yes, Minseo is my real niece." Namjoon said.

"But, she's a werewolf." Yoo Jung said.

"Yes, she is. And so is her mom....and me." Namjoon said.

"Eomma? You too?" Minkyu asked.

"Yes." Jin said as he removed his necklace, displaying his blue eyes.

"Are we your real children?" Taehyung asked.

"In a way, yes and no." Jin truthfully said.

"What do you mean?" Taehyung asked.

Jin looked at Namjoon and the latter held Jin's hand and nodded, giving go signal for Jin to answer.

"I gave birth to the three of you, but I was just a host. When your appa and I got married, we badly wanted to have pups, but after two years of trying, I couldn't get pregnant.

One day, as I was walking through a forest, I saw a woman. She was badly wounded and I offered to help her. Her name was Ji-Won. I brought her to our home and treated her wounds, but it was no use. Ji-Won was bleeding internally and said that she knew that she wouldn't last long.

I asked her who did that to her and she said that it was her fated alpha mate. She was an omega and she was destined to be the luna of her pack. But, she fell in love with with another alpha, they mated and she got pregnant. They were cursed by the moon goddess for what they did. The curse was for them to never have strong offsprings.

Later on, her fated alpha mate found out about his luna's betrayal and ordered for her and Hyun Bin, her partner, to be killed. A white witch helped them run away from the pack and later on, she revealed herself to them as the goddess Hecate — the goddess of witchcraft and magic. She performed a counter curse on them as her power is equal to that of the moon goddess. While the curse saved their unborn child, it wasn't able to protect them from the mad alpha king. He eventually found them and had them killed.

Hecate brought the woman back just to give her enough time to escape, taught her a ritual and told her that she would eventually meet someone who will help her. And then, we found each other.

She told me about the ritual...one that would transfer her unborn pup to me and without a second thought, I agreed to it without thinking about the consequences. After performing it, she died. A few weeks after, I found out that I was pregnant. I told Namjoon everything that happened and like me, we both saw it as a blessing.

One night, the moon goddess herself appeared to me and Namjoon. While she was not pleased at what we did, she told us that the pup that I was carrying needed to be guided and protected at all cost. As it so happened, the countercurse that was supposed to remove the curse of the moon goddess entailed Hecates to bestow the power of magic to the unborn pup.

To ensure that the pup would be protected at all times, she placed two more pups in my womb — guardian werewolves to Ji-won's pup.

Namjoon and I were the only ones who knew about it until I made a mistake of trusting one of my very good friends, and she sold the information to the alpha king. His anger was transferred towards the pup in my womb so he ordered to get us killed just so the baby won't survive. Namjoon and I had no option but to run away and hide.

We met some witches in one of the packs that we stayed in and they offered us a solution — live as humans so that it would be difficult for us to be found. They helped us since it was their goddess who helped Ji-Won in the first place. They believed that there was a reason behind everything. The witches made us necklaces that would mask our being werewolves and sorry for the pun but it has been working for us like a charm.

But, we kept on running just the same and up to this day, we're still scared to be found. We're scared for the three of you, most especially you, Taehyung, as you're Ji-Won's son. And you two, Yoo Jung and Minkyu are his guardians. The mad alpha king of the Dark Moon pack doesn't know that. So, for him, any of you three is Ji-Won's offspring." 

"Daebak!! So, Taehyung oppa is a white wolf!?!" Minseo shrieked.

"A white wolf?" Taehyung asked.

"Yes, a werewolf with magical powers. The most powerful of all omegas and who is known to give birth to really strong pups." Minseo said.

"Powerful? That's far from what I am and what I feel." Taehyung said.

"I'm sorry my son, it's the necklace that's doing that. It masks your powers and make you human. Your LLD appears when you're wearing it too. As a pup, one of your hind legs got fractured. It healed as you're a werewolf, but we noticed that when you lose your werewolf self, all your past inuuries resurface when you're human." Jin explained.

"It's the silver and wolfbane on the necklace, am I right?" Taehyung asked.

"Yes, plus the spell casted by the witch. Wait...how did you know?" Jin asked.

"A werewolf friend from school told me when he examined my necklace." Taehyung said.

"You removed it?" Namjoon asked.

"I'm sorry appa, but I've been secretly doing so when I'm alone in my room. We removed Yoo Jung's too just to check our assumptions." Taehyung said.

"Eomma, what's different about the necklaces that Minkyu and I have?" Yoo Jung asked.

"Your necklaces only mask your scents and make you look human, but your abilities are retained just so you can use it when the need arises. You two are very strong alphas, both physically and mentally. Without the necklace, your abilities are multiplied two-fold." Namjoon said.

"Wow. Can we not wear it again? We're not kids anymore appa, eomma. We're adults and we're more than capable to defend ourselves and protect Taehyung oppa." Minkyu said.

"I know you are and I trust that you can control it, but this lady over here? She might end up killing someone." Jin said pointing at Yoo Jung.

"As long as nobody dares cross my path and hurt Taehyung oppa, you know I wouldn't really lay a finger on anyone." Yoo Jung defensively said.

"Eomma, Appa, I want to stop wearing mine too. I'm not scared. And I wamt to know what I can do too. Without my abilities I won't be able to defend myself and I think I know of someone who can help me get to know my true nature and connect to my wolf." Taehyung said.

"Who?" Jin asked.

"My mate." Taehyung said casually, not grasping the concept fully.

"Your what?! You met your mate already? How sure are you that he's your mate? Is he a good alpha? Is he older? You think he can protect you? Can he be tristed? What's his name? I want to meet him." Jin rambled on.

"Calm down, eomma. Which question do you want me to answer first?" Taehyung asked, shaking his head.

"What's his name?" Jin said.

"Jeon Jungkook. He's a trueblood alpha." Taehyung said.

Namjoon and Jin looked at each other and smiled while Minseo was shrieking like a fan.

"Kim Minseo my ears!" Yoo Jung said as she nudged her cousin's side.

"Oh my god oh my god you will be our luna?!?!" Minseo excitedly said.

"Your what?!" Taehyung asked with wide eyes.

"Our luna, the queen of our pack." Minseo said, still smiling like crazy.

"Jeon Jungkook is the future head alpha of the Snow Flower pack, that means he will be leading it with you beside him as his luna. I'm happy to know that he's your mate, Taehyung. Snow Flower pack is an ally of my former pack. I was head alpha once and Jin's my luna." Namjoon said.

"You stepped down as alpha and left your pack to protect us?" Minkyu asked with raised eyebrows.

"Of course. You three come first for me and your eomma. Some may say that you three aren't really our chidren, but as far as I am concerned, I am your appa and nothing can change that." Namjoon said with teary eyes.

The three stood up and went to Namjoon, giving him a hug.

"We can't wish for anyone else to be our appa." Taehyung said as he hugged Namjoon tighter.

"Hey, what about me?" Jin said with a pout.

"Of course we love you as much, Eomma. And thank for your sacrifices and taking care of us." Minkyu said, hugging Jin.

Taehyung and Yoo Jung followed suit and all five of them hugged.

Jin pulled away and held Taehyung's hand.

"Taehyung, if you have any questions about being an omega, just ask me okay? Especially now that you've met your alpha, there will be a lot of changes, most especially with your wolf. I have gathered every knowledge I could about white wolves and in fact, I wrote a book myself about it around eight years ago. I think I have a copy in my bedroom somewhere. It would help you get to know yourself. But, at the end of the day, always remember to have self control as we don't really know the extent of your powers yet so be very conscious of that. I'm sure you don't want to end up hurting someone, or yourself when you use it." Jin said.

"Of course, Eomma. I will be very careful. You said you wrote a book? Is your pseudonym, RM Taejoomin?" Taehyung asked.

Jin was surprised. "Yes, how did you know?"

"Jungkook lent me a book entitled The Purple Moon and remembered the surname of the author, it's our names combined right?" Taehyung asked smiling at his mother.

"Yes! Please read it. It will help you a lot. And, I'm loving this Jungkook guy already. Bring him over soon. I'd like to meet him." Jin said.

"I'll try, eomma. I don't want him to feel awkward. We just me today. We barely know each other, plus we're not even together yet." Taehyung said.

Jin laughed. "Oh, son, you're way passed the boyfriend phase. He is your destined mate after all. But, no pressure. Whenever you're ready." Jin said kissing Taehyung's forehead.

"I have a better idea, auntie! Why don't you guys join our pack so you can stay at our pack house?" Minseo suggested.

Jin looked at Namjoon.

"I'll talk to Ji-Cheol and let's see." Namjoon said to Jin.

"Oh, uncle you know head alpha Jeon?" Minseo asked.

"He's my best friend back in our highschool days." Namjoon said.

"Jungkook's dad?" Taehyung asked.

"Yes. We haven't seen each other for a long time though. Please ask Jungkook for his father's number, Taehyung." Namjoon said.

"O-okay." Taehyung hesistantly said.

"Awww, is my oppa shy to ask his mate his number?" Yoo Jung teased.

"Shut up." Taehyung said hitting Yoo Jung's arm before running to his room.

"Oww! Why you —" Yoo Jung yelped as she ran after Taehyung.

"No running, Kim Taehyung! Aish this stubborn boy." Jin yelled.

"Let him, jagi. I think it's about time we let them be. We have to trust their abilities now. No more hiding and running for us." Namjoon said as he held Jin's hand.

"Finally. I just hope we're making the right decision." Jin said.

"The moon goddess and Hecate will watch over them. Everything will be alright." Namjoon said, praying internally that eveything will turn out well.
