In the scarred expanse of the Vast Rendes universe, a 20,000-year war rages on. The renegades are the protectors of the Rendes universe. They are the resistance that rose up during the Lost era and fought back desperately till they became the dominant force in the universe.
Their enemies are the Reincarnators, human souls from another universe that came from a planet called earth. They were given a second life in exchange for their loyalty to an entity of unfathomable power, a Promidial.
Unable to affect the Rendes universe itself, the Primordial gave a second chance at life to these human souls, blessing them with otherworldly powers, and tasking them with conquering it.
Arbus, a young Renegade is a human that has never known peace. He is the child of a reincarnator father and is shunned by both sides. For most of his life he had witnessed only the chaos and devastation brought by those chosen by the primordial.
Countless lives snuffed out, Worlds reduced to ash, unfiltered disdain by arrogant Reincarnators who believe themselves to be righteousness. Even misguided and manipulated fools who believed themselves saviours. Arbus who had been forever cursed by his blood, was immortal just like his father.
Seeing no other path forward, and driven by his hatred and experiences, Arbus decided to join the Renegades.
He has made a promise to himself to kill every single Reincarnator, until the day he's strong enough to leave this universe and kill the Primordial as well, no matter how long it takes.
Hello everyone!, Shameless author review I suppose. it seems to be a staple tradition on this app so I might as well continue it!. Firstly you're probably wondering what my book is about. think of it like a different take on Reincarnators, although not that different. In this universe, the Reincarnators are the bad guys!, although not always, but mostly!. They each had their own stories, goals and motivation on earth but now none of that matters as much. they've been Reincarnated by this big scary Primordial entity that's giving them a new purpose for its own secretive reasons. secondly you're probably curious about the main character. my MC, Arbus, is quite the unlucky fellow, truly. his life so far has been nothing but hardships!, even before everything went downhill. Despite all that he's someone who understands his own situation. he's mostly the kind of guy to keep to himself at first but that will change overtime. His goal is what keeps him moving forward, despite everything that has happened to him, or will happen to him. thirdly you're probably wondering if they'll be a harem.The answer is no, but there will be romance. another thing you should expect is pov shifts, this is only a method to develop my side characters and villains as well. i truly hope you give this book a chance, feedback is encouraged!. I want to keep developing as a writer.
