Chapter 4: Feeling worried
During the holidays, Kaizen decided to explore the powers he had just obtained. With a cold appearance wearing a black suit and gray coat, he went to visit a famous fortune teller in the city. The fortune teller lived on the outskirts of the city. Upon arriving at the front of his house, Kaizen immediately entered, and the room was dark and eerie. Suddenly, he felt something strange with his eyes, but it was because his body was about to enter Shadow Ruler's mode, something Kaizen himself didn't know.
A few moments later, candles lit up, and the fortune teller appeared sitting on the sofa holding his crystal ball. Kaizen was startled because he suddenly appeared. In his mind, Kaizen thought, "This fortune teller is quite skilled, he can conceal his presence so I didn't sense him."
The fortune teller invited Kaizen to sit down. After sitting, Kaizen awkwardly said, "Eh... Well, I want to..." Before Kaizen finished his sentence, the fortune teller immediately interrupted, "Your power does not come from this dimension, and there are two mysterious forces within you that will affect the future of the world, depending on the path you choose. I also know your name, Kaizen Woo, 19 years old, and your current title is Abyss Shadow."
Kaizen was surprised. How did he know what Kaizen was about to ask? Then Kaizen asked, "Do you know about the hidden power within me?" The fortune teller replied, "I only know a little about it." Kaizen pleaded, "Please tell me whatever you know about my power."
However, the fortune teller asked for a price. "You must not tell anyone about this, and I want seven Golden Horns from the Rhinos in the A-Class Dungeon. That is the payment you must provide." Kaizen replied, "I will give them to you later. So please tell me quickly."
The fortune teller coldly said, "As a guarantee, I will take a little of your Mana. So if you don't keep your promise, your life will be at risk." Kaizen agreed, and the fortune teller asked Kaizen to hold the crystal ball so he could understand what was inside Kaizen.
As the process took place, suddenly the crystal ball shattered into small shards. The fortune teller was frightened because the power within Kaizen far exceeded his expectations. He only received one piece of information, "Shadow Ruler's." This meant that Kaizen had the potential to become a Ruler in this world, but in the form of Shadow, making him far stronger than any Ruler that had ever existed.
The fortune teller decided not to tell Kaizen. He only said, "I didn't get any useful information, but it seems you have two very deep hidden powers within you. I advise you not to awaken one of them, even if you are threatened."
Kaizen felt disappointed and decided to leave, considering the visit a waste. He had killed and mutilated the fortune teller without mercy. After returning to his place, Kaizen was surprised to find that his younger sister, Kimmy Gao, had returned after two years of being away. Kaizen felt moved because it had been so long since he had seen her. They began to tidy up the house, which was in disarray.
Suddenly, Kimmy asked, "How are you, Kak? Are you still as weak as before?" in a cheerful tone. Kaizen smiled and answered, "Yeah, I'm still ranked D. Hehe..." Kaizen intentionally didn't reveal his strength, remembering the fortune teller's words. Kaizen decided to sleep, still confused about his powers. After the holidays, Kaizen planned to reassess his strength at the Hunter Association.
Conclusion: Kaizen feels that his power is a threat to the entire world and to himself, and he still doesn't realize that something has broken inside him after gaining the Abyss Shadow power. But after this, things will change even more because of him.

Sesampainya di depan rumahnya, Kaizen langsung masuk, dan ruangan itu terasa gelap serta menyeramkan. Tiba-tiba, ia merasakan sesuatu yang aneh di matanya, tetapi itu terjadi karena tubuhnya hampir memasuki mode Shadow Ruler, sesuatu yang bahkan Kaizen sendiri tidak ketahui.

Kaizen merasa bahwa kekuatannya adalah ancaman bagi seluruh dunia dan juga dirinya sendiri. Ia masih belum menyadari bahwa sesuatu telah rusak dalam dirinya setelah memperoleh Abyss Shadow. Namun setelah ini, segalanya akan berubah lebih drastis karena dirinya.
