Magic is different in this universe, as everyone's magic color is different and the color given to someone is based on their personality. Magic takes all forms in this world, from runic sorcery to enchanted weapons, etc.

There are 8 tiers that are assigned to all people in this world, people receive their magic powers on the first day of the year after they turn 18. These 8 ranks are set in stone, it is very rare for someone to move up or down on these rankings. The only known way is by using artifacts.

The Stonewatch (Lower ranks of the army, what most commoners would join as)

The Ironwardens (The best of the Stonewatch get promoted to become Ironwardens or important commoners such as merchant sons become Ironwardens)

The Crownsworn (Lower nobility find themselves entering the Crownsworn)

The Warcouncil (The highest ranking nobles)

Sovereign (Whether it be the Queen, Emperor, etc.)
