"As for this older lady, given how you were moving faster than my plane earlier, I assume you're not seriously hurt. But if you're feeling unwell, we have doctors on standby to examine you, so don't worry. Also, we've already called the police. Once you're cleared, we'll be addressing the matter of you assaulting the pilot. You can explain yourself to the authorities then."
Summer's face turned beet red as she was put on blast. She lashed out, "Who are you calling an older lady? I'm a youthful 24!"
Ignoring the ranting behind us, Levi silently pulled me along.
His hand gripped mine tightly, as if holding back a surge of anger.
Once we were away from the crowd, he gently touched my face, his expression full of concern. "Are you alright?"
I shook my head slightly, unsure how to face him.
He let out a soft sigh and lightly stroked my head. "If you need to cry, go ahead."
