Who is the Real Beast (Part 2)

Golden Phoenix Mountain was a land of untouched and profound beauty. So named because of the famous story of a rare golden feathered phoenix bird that was accidentally killed by a man who was training to be an immortal. He was better known as a cultivator. Riddled with guilt for his actions, the cultivator moralized the legendary feathery creature by transforming the bird into a mountain and named this mountain in its honor.

Now, in today's times, this famous mountain became a local hot spot for cultivators, both famous and wealthy to lesser known. Those from far and wide come to Phoenix Mountain to make their mark in hunting spirits, ghosts, or yao, and large beasts. But executing this task was a lot easier said than done, as many cultivators had unfortunately lost their lives while performing these hunts. Others lost their sanity. While some were exiled from their own respective Sects, as a way of losing honor or face.
