Twilight: The Unfortunate Twin Brother

Bella's Twin brother Peter Swan suffered a tragic event in their youth. This led to him experiencing great fear towards the dark and a twitching in his arm when in discomfort. When they moved to Forks he felt more worried for his sister well being as they grew closer to the supernatural.
