While Austin and Sue had already left the garden, Lina was just arriving at her quarters, but she didn't walk straight into her room.
Instead, she decided to visit her sister, whose room was next to hers.
Lina slid the door open and found her twin sister standing in front of her.
Unlike Lina's silver hair, Mira had blonde hair. But she also had a pair of blue eyes that were similar to Lina's.
Also, from the look of things, it seemed that Mira had been in the process of removing her undergarments and had been about to take a bath before Lina arrived.
"You're back?" Mira asked in surprise.
"Yes," Lina replied as she happily skipped into the room while humming to herself.
Mira noticed this, and she couldn't help but ask as she raised her eyebrow with a smile tugging at her lips. "Someone seems happy today."
"You think so?"
"Well, you're humming and you're smiling more than usual. So, yeah, you're definitely happy. And now, I'm curious to know why."
Lina giggled and eagerly grabbed her sister's hands. "Well, you wouldn't believe what happened to me today."
"What happened?" Mira asked eagerly.
"I met someone in the garden while I was waiting for Aunt Sue."
"Who?" Mira asked, but Lina didn't say anything.
However, the huge smile on her face gave Mira a little hint as to who she had been with all day, and Mira's eyes widened the moment she realized who it was.
"No way."
Lina grinned. "Yes way."
"Y-you were with His Highness?"
"Yep."
"B-but how? No, scratch that. Tell me how it happened. How did you two meet? When did he arrive? And what did he look like?"
"Come on, sister, don't keep me hanging," Mira said, shaking her sister as though doing that would make the answers slip out of her mouth.
Meanwhile, Lina laughed softly at how much Mira was interested in knowing everything that happened between her and Austin.
"Slow down, Mira. Alright, come on, I'll tell you how it all happened." Lina happily pulled her sister towards their private bathhouse.
The two sisters swiftly tossed their clothes aside and went to their private bathhouse, where they continuously giggled while discussing Lina's encounter with the fourth prince.
While this was happening, Austin had already arrived in his room as well, and at the moment, he was smiling to himself as he recalled everything that had happened that day.
If he was being honest with himself, a part of him felt like everything he had experienced so far was all a dream.
The system.
His new role as a prince.
His beautiful demi-human aunt.
His hot and sexy elf wives.
Everything just felt too good to be true, but he also knew deep down and without a doubt that this was all real, and that made him feel even more excited about his future as the new lord of the West and the husband of two beautiful elves.
With a long, relaxed sigh, Austin plopped down on his bed as he stared sightlessly at the ceiling.
He had taken a bath and changed into a new pair of clothes, so he was just relaxing until his aunt returned with their food.
However, while he was waiting, a new system panel appeared before him.
[Congratulations to the host, Lina's affection level has successfully risen to Level 2.]
[You have therefore earned the title: 'Newbie Husband'.]
[This title means that at least one of your future wives recognizes you as not just her future partner, but also as a man she's willing to accept in her heart.]
'Nice.'
[The host has also obtained a new trait called 'Horse Riding', along with 20 attribute points to all your current attributes, 20 summoning points, and 10 physique points.]
'Woah, for real?'
Austin was quite amazed by what he was seeing on the screen, but then he noticed his body glowing as a massive surge of energy coursed through his veins, strengthening him in ways he could never have imagined.
Austin currently felt that if he punched a concrete floor, a crack would definitely appear on the surface.
'Amazing.'
'This is really good.'
'Although I'm still pretty weak, but this is certainly a huge improvement.'
'And even though I'm still a Zero Order Exorcist, I can already feel that I'm close to becoming a First Order Exorcist soon.'
'I wonder what it would feel like once I officially become a First Order Exorcist.'
'Well, let's not think too much about that right now.'
Leaving those thoughts aside for now, Austin directed his attention towards the summoning points and physique points he had obtained.
'Hmm, twenty summoning points and ten physique points, huh?'
'I wonder if the summoning points are related to my mother's…'
*Knock* *Knock*
Austin suddenly heard a knock on his door, pulling him out of his thoughts.
He turned towards the door and realized that it was his aunt, so he swiftly replied.
"Come in."
Sue walked in and apologized for arriving late, but Austin simply waved it away as he didn't mind. Instead, he asked her to take a seat, and the two of them enjoyed their meal together.
Once they were done eating, Sue returned the empty bowls to the trays, then she grabbed a teapot and poured some tea for Austin to drink.
"Thank you."
"You're welcome, dear. So, tell me. What did your brother discuss with you last night?" Sue asked as she placed his teacup in front of him.
Austin picked up his cup and replied. "He wanted me to join forces with him and help him claim the throne, and in return, he promised to protect me from any of our brothers who tried to hurt me. But he also wanted me to give him something invaluable to me."
"And what might that be?" Sue asked as she grabbed her cup and took a sip of her tea.
"You..."
"Pfft!" Sue spat out the tea she was drinking
"What?!"
"He wanted you and the few retainers who are still loyal to me to work for him instead," Austin calmly clarified his words before adding. "He said it would be a fair trade, your services in exchange for my safety."
Sue just stared at him, and she didn't say anything because she could understand the meaning behind the third prince's request.
The fourth prince's mother came from a family that was one of the Three Great Families in the empire.
Aside from the imperial family, these three families were hugely respected by everyone in the empire.
However, Austin's grandparents hadn't announced their support of him yet, unlike the other two Great Families in the empire, who were currently supporting the first and second princes.
But as long as Sue and Austin's last few retainers were still with him, his older brothers would interpret it to mean that the Third Great Family was supporting the Fourth Prince.
So, if the third prince could have Sue and the rest of Austin's retainers, it would mean that he now had the backing of one of the three Great Families in the empire, just like his two older brothers.
In other words, it would greatly skyrocket the third prince's chances of succeeding the throne.
Sue understood this, so she lowered her cup slowly while her fingers tightened around her cup, and then she asked Austin a question.
"So...what did you say to him?"
