Tanaka Daiki and Miyazaki Arata lived ordinary lives—until the day death claimed them in a grimy Tokyo alleyway. But peace wasn't waiting for them in the afterlife. Instead, they were reborn into a strange world of magic and steel.
While Arata struggles to adapt, Daiki bears a terrible burden: a strange power that forces him to survive at any cost.
Is this second life even worth fighting for?
Now, Daiki must confront his own suffering and search for a reason to live... in a world that seems designed to break him.
For me, the story is truly promising. Although it doesn't start in the most encouraging way, it shows how the protagonists have an idealized dream of reincarnation and how they try to live this new life with new goals, despite the circumstances being against them. It doesn’t have many chapters yet, but I hope it develops properly and continues to be written. Good luck!
