Chapter Ten

Few weeks later

The church was filled with an air of elegance and wonder, the soft hum of anticipation flowing through the room as Lydia made her way down the aisle. The gentle notes of the piano echoed softly in the background, setting a magical tone that matched the enchanting decor of the space. Fairy lights twinkled along the edges of the pews, and floral arrangements of pastel roses and lilies adorned every corner, their delicate fragrance filling the air. It was straight out of a Cinderella fairytale.

Lydia walked gracefully, her wedding gown trailing behind her, the intricate lace shimmering under the light. The flower girl ahead of her scattered petals with a delicate hand, creating a soft path of color along the aisle. Just behind the flower girl, the ring bearer clutched the small satin pillow with the rings, his little face etched with focus.
