I'm basking in the warm sunlight, feeling cozy and content.
Since childhood, I've dreamed of owning a house by the sea. In summer, I'd sunbathe on the beach. In autumn, I'd curl up by the window, watching the tumultuous waves. Even on typhoon days, the ocean would still stir my soul.
And in that house, my loving grandparents would cook my favorite dishes.
Suddenly, the clear blue sky turns dark as a storm approaches, and my whole world crumbles.
In an instant, I see men leering at me with sinister grins!
"No, stop!"
I wake up screaming.
My eyes focus on white walls and a white blanket. I'm in a hospital.
I notice Archer by my side, his eyes bloodshot as he looks at me. "What's wrong? Did you have a nightmare?"
In the past, when I had nightmares, I'd cling to him for comfort.
But now, as he tries to embrace me, I push him away with a pillow.
Archer looks dejected and concerned. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have left you alone there to be taken advantage of."
