Introduction to a new world

In his new world, Leo didn't know what was happening—except that he had a system. But he didn't know about Vultra. Leo thought, "Five years have passed so far in this new world. The only thing I know is I'm not in Achreon anymore. I'm in a world they call Vendale, and so far, it's mixed. Though I can't seem to find my creations, the Multiversal God said to me I should tell Vultra to release his kin."

"Well, I don't know where Vultra is, but what should I do to change that? My system... come to think of it, I haven't even checked it yet. Time to check it out."

"System, open. System display."

As the scene shifts to him, Vultra was seen holding a deep-fried chicken thigh (KFC standard), his lips oily while the goods were in four buckets. I know you're probably wondering how he got to this... well, you're in for a treat.

Fast forward four years ago—Vultra was born into a rich family. Since he was isolated for god knows how long, he tried all the world's dishes. So far, he liked the deep-fried chicken thigh the best, so he invested all his funds into it. Currently, the food he stocked was bought with his last money. If not for his parents enrolling him in high school, they probably would've been on the streets.

Back to the scene—Vultra ate the remaining buckets. Two hours later, he sat on a couch and said, "Finally... open status window."

"Well, I haven't introduced you to my mom and dad. My dad's name is Eldric Falszer, while my mom's name is Elara Falszer. As far as I think, my mom is somehow cool, while my dad is a hothead. And I have a sister. I don't know why she reminds me of my old sister... maybe the Multiversal God reincarnated her as my sister. Oh, and her name is Avala."

"Well, I won't say we are a happy family, 'cause my dad is a cheating dog. He always comes up with flimsy excuses when my mom finds him with a lipstick mark. And to be fair, even my mom has her own share of issues. So many. But the worst thing about my mom is her character—she is too compassionate. She overreacts over any small details. She could cry like it's something serious. Like the day my dad lost his wallet, my mom cried like someone who lost her own mother. Even for me, that's too much compassion."

"So far, what I've learned is: the world I'm in has magic. And secondly, it's divided into 7 classes. Some of them have special-class magic. They also have martial arts and swordsmanship classes. It's divided into four stages. I wonder where Leo would be when we finally meet."

"So far, there are also nobles, kings, and of course the usual commoners. Even though our family is rich, we aren't nobles or kings either, so yeah... I still belong to the usual."

The scene shifts to Zeus and Buddha, watching both of their lives like a movie. Demos made the gods accept technology, and because both Zeus and Buddha support it, the gods had a 200-inch plasma screen with infinite resolution and a refresh rate of infinite hertz. Of course, it was powered by magic.

To cut it short, Zeus and Buddha were just watching their lives like a movie. Zeus and Buddha were munching on popcorn and sipping soda—courtesy of Foodra, the new goddess of food and all aspects relating to it.

Buddha said, "Zeus, what do you think? Will they live a normal life?"

Zeus replied, "IDK, but I think the writer will twist anything to suit himself."

Buddha asked, "Who is this writer?"

Zeus answered, "You don't know? The writer, as I've read so far, is a deranged person who is a lunatic—and also obsessed with his stories."

"So... we're not real too?" Buddha asked.

Zeus nodded. "We are a work of fiction."

"How do we get in touch with the writer?" Buddha asked again.

"Well," Zeus said, "until we reach a stage in the story, he might give us a chance to contact him. So for now, the writer is the strongest person or being—since he can write and rewrite our existence."

The scene shifts to Leo, in his yard. He is currently doing some pushups. After his workout, he says, "Ugh, my house is a disaster. Ever since I showed my mom my tech powers, she and my dad have been using me as their cash cow. I'm so fucking tired. I need to go to school—or academy—or something."

"Oh, I should at least tell you the names of my parents. My dad's name is Arthur Venzsra, while my mom is Rose Venzsra. They act like they're decent, well-managed people—but they're the worst. Still, I love them."

"I think I'll register at the nearest and best academy."

As if synchronized, Vultra was also thinking the same thing. They both thought: I think I will enroll at Xelder Prestige Magic and Sword Academy.

On a said day, a month later, they enrolled in the academy. Funny enough, they met at the clerk center—but they didn't recognize each other. After they both got home, they thought to themselves, The person I met has the aura and power of my friend…

They were all given three weeks until the academy entrance exam. Even though they had registered, they hadn't fully entered before it started.

Nicole's mom gave him a goodbye peck on the cheek. She hugged him closely before wishing him goodbye and good luck. Though it was a boarding academy, as for Gale… well, let's say he was given a more emotional goodbye, as his mom cried rivers while sending him off reluctantly.

They both left for the academy.
