Strangers and other people weren't important enough for Jason to tell them anything about his abilities, and he didn't trust anyone enough to expose his system. But his family was important enough, and he trusted them enough to tell them about the Legion.
Jason sighed and spoke up calmly while standing.
"Okay, I need to show you something. You need to promise me you won't freak out, and you can't tell anyone what you're about to see here."
Gina's brow furrowed in surprise. She pulled her shirt down and sat up, placing her hands between her closed legs. She wondered what Jason could possibly be planning to tell her, and she couldn't even try to hide her curiosity when she spoke.
"What's going on? You sound like you're about to tell me something crazy, like you murdered someone or something… Wait. Y-You're not a murderer, are you? Because if you are, we need to figure out how to hide the body."
