I smirked wildly, cracking my neck. "But first—I'm going to enjoy this brawl."
And with that, I rushed in, fists flying.
My body blurred as I dodged a massive swipe from Ashura's right arm and drove a clean uppercut into his lower jaw—his wrathful face twisted, stunned by the force, but his left head—the wise one—immediately anticipated my next move. He brought his knee up with brutal speed, slamming it into my ribs.
"Kuh—! Not bad, freak," I muttered, grinning through the pain.
We clashed like titans—punches, kicks, elbows, every movement creating shockwaves that tore up the clouds and sent thunder booming across the skies. Each blow from me carried the force of a collapsing mountain, and Ashura matched it with raw, ancient might.
"This… this is FUN!" Ashura's central face—Draguel—howled with laughter."Finally, a fight that makes my blood BOIL!"
I flipped back in midair, catching my breath for a split second—then smirked, eyes flashing gold."Let's raise the stakes."
I raised one finger to the sky. A tiny sun—dense and burning with divine nuclear fire—formed instantly, the air bending and sizzling around it. Without a word, I hurled it straight at his gut.
BOOOOOOOOM!!!
The explosion lit up the battlefield like a second sun, vaporizing the clouds and rocking the entire landscape. Mountains in the distance cracked and crumbled, and even the giants on the battlefield staggered, some falling to their knees from the shockwave.
Ashura was sent flying, a trail of smoke and fire in his wake, crashing through the earth like a comet. A massive crater was left behind, still burning.
I hovered midair, arms crossed, a thin line of blood dripping down my chin."Still breathing, big guy?" I called out, grinning.
From the dust and fire, a rumbling laugh echoed.
"Hahahahah… YEEEES! I HAVEN'T FELT THIS ALIVE IN AGES!"Ashura slowly rose, cracks of golden energy dancing across his form as his bodies began to regenerate.
Mimir's voice chimed in, half panicked, half excited:"You're both monsters… That sun should've leveled a nation."
"Yeah," I muttered, eyes narrowing.
Ashura stood tall, his three faces staring at me—two with twisted rage, and the third, Draguel, grinning with wild satisfaction.
I narrowed my eyes, my aura crackling like a raging storm around me. Then, I let my voice boom across the battlefield, loud enough for even the angels and giants to hear:
"ASHURA! I, VELSUN, DECLARE—THAT OF ALL THE BEINGS I'VE EVER FACED, EXCLUDING MY SIBLINGS… YOU ARE THE STRONGEST OF THEM ALL!"
The very sky trembled as I raised my hand high, energy spiraling around me like a divine hurricane.
"AND IN RETURN—" I growled, my voice deepening as my power surged through me, "I WILL SHOW YOU THE FULL EXTENT OF MY POWER!"
My body ignited with golden light—blinding, divine, and furious.
Wings burst from my back, vast and radiant like the sun. My skin shimmered into a brilliant, golden-whitish scale armor, each scale humming with god-like energy. My eyes burned bright, my aura now beyond comprehension, distorting space itself.
I had transformed into my True Dragon Form.
The battlefield fell completely silent, the winds stilled, and even the angels paused their battle to look up at me in awe.
Ashura, not one to be outdone, let out a guttural roar. His body began to glow dark crimson, bones cracking and muscles twisting as he grew in size, matching my titanic form. His armor morphed, fusing with his flesh like molten steel. Now nearly the size of a mountain, his three faces roared in unison—one in madness, one in hatred, one in ecstasy.
Draguel's central face smirked."YES, VELSUN! NOW THIS… THIS IS A TRUE BATTLE BETWEEN MONSTERS!"
Above the battlefield stood two cataclysmic entities, golden and divine versus crimson and destructive.
I flapped my massive wings once—the winds flattened everything for miles.
"Come, Ashura," I growled, lightning flashing in my throat,"Let's end this."
Ashura let out a roar of pure exhilaration as his middle head, the one that was always smiling with maddened delight, twisted even further into a maniacal grin. "Hahahaha! So you finally show me your true power, huh? This is what I've been waiting for!" His three heads shook with wild excitement, the air around him warping with his dark aura.
I flexed my claws, feeling the intense power coursing through me. "This battle will be legendary," I muttered to myself, locking eyes with the mighty Ashura. The ground trembled beneath us, and I could feel the energy crackling, waiting for the moment when we would clash once more.
"I hope you're ready, Ashura. Let's see who can endure the full force of our power!" I said, my voice low and unwavering, filled with the weight of everything I was about to unleash.
Without a second's hesitation, I shot forward, flying faster than any mortal eye could track, my golden wings cutting through the air like a blade. Ashura's three massive forms shifted and blurred as he rushed toward me, his eyes filled with madness and hunger for the fight.
His middle face, the one belonging to Draguel, snarled as he prepared to unleash a blast of chaotic energy, one that could rival the force of a collapsing star. His two other heads—each filled with rage—let loose blasts of fire and darkness in all directions, turning the air into an inferno.
I met his charge with a sword of radiant light, crafted from the very essence of my being. The golden weapon clashed with his dark energy, the force of the impact creating a shockwave that shook the heavens themselves. The earth beneath us cracked open, the sky thundered, and the winds howled in agony as our powers collided.
Ashura's strength was undeniable. His strikes were full of raw, unfiltered power—like an unstoppable force crashing against a mountain. Yet, my body, as a True Dragon, was born of the same element, embodying light, flame, and the very fabric of existence itself.
We exchanged blows of unimaginable force in the sky, the shockwaves of our strikes creating ruptures in reality itself. I dodged his claw swipe, countering with a burst of golden energy that blasted through his defenses, sending him staggering back, but not without retaliating with a soul-shattering scream, summoning a wave of dark magic that threatened to swallow everything in its path.
I soared back, narrowly avoiding his barrage of energy blasts, my wings flapping once more as I dodged his vicious strikes. Mimir's voice echoed in my mind, offering guidance. "Watch his movements closely. He's not just a brute. He's a master of chaos. A warlord of the cosmos itself."
Ashura's laughter filled the air. "You think you can keep up with me, Velsun? You're no different from all the others that fell before me! I'll show you the true might of a king!" he shouted, his power surging as the ground beneath us shattered and split.
I didn't answer him with words. Instead, I focused every bit of my energy into a single moment—a final strike that would end this battle in one decisive blow. I gathered the power of the True Dragon within me, focusing it all into a single beam of radiant, blinding energy—a sun of unimaginable size, one capable of obliterating anything in its path.
With a deep, thunderous roar, I launched the attack, the beam of golden light cutting through the heavens, a solar explosion that lit up the entire battlefield. Ashura's three heads screamed in shock and fury as the energy surged toward him, but his massive form was already too slow to avoid it.
Time seemed to stretch as the beam of pure destruction slammed into Ashura's chest. The force of the impact was enough to send shockwaves that tore through the very fabric of space, warping reality itself. The giant king's form staggered, his colossal body shuddering under the weight of the attack, but he didn't fall—not yet.
Ashura grinned again, his last head twisting in madness. "You think you've won? You think this is over?" His voice boomed across the field as he began to gather energy, his body pulsating with a power beyond comprehension.
