Daniel isn’t the hero. He’s the trash character—weak, arrogant, and hated by everyone, including his own family. In the original story, Daniel dies early and is forgotten. Now, Henry is trapped in his body.



Armed with a delinquent’s instincts and full knowledge of the novel’s plot, Henry decides he won’t let this world crush him. If he can’t be the hero, he’ll rewrite the rules. He’ll survive. He’ll rise.



But in a world where power determines worth, monsters roam the wilds, and secret factions fight from the shadows, being trash is a death sentence.
