In a quiet city in Eastern Hokkaido, a green-eyed girl prepares for her first day at a new school, unaware that the streets she now calls home are watched over by a masked vigilante known only as Kurai.



By day, Kage Tamashi is a quiet student with a troubled past. By night, he dons a blue oni mask to fight the crime that his city has learned to live with.
