"Before I agree to anything, can we just talk and figure out exactly what I will be working on ?" Honoka asked me.

"Of course. But let's get out of this hot place first. You are sweating a lot." I told her as I used my own version of teleportation seal to teleport both of us outside the volcano.

With the help of the great Sage. I had analyzed Minato's flying Thunder God jutsu and had created my own version of teleportation jutsu using spatial markers. While unlike Minato's flying Thunder god, her version of teleportation didn't have the range limit, she didn't like to use it in fights. Unlike Minato who was an assassin type fighter, she was a simple straight forward fighter with high defensive buffs. So she had never used it in fights so far. Of course she had definitely used it to move from the hidden leaf village to the fire capital during the publishing time of her book. But apart from being a better means of transportation the seal had little to no use for Usagi.

Back to the present, after taking both of us out of that suffocating place I activated my mangekyou sharingan. I wanted to build a nice wooden house for us to talk. But for that I need the help of the great sage. Bloodline limits that have been derived by great Sage, were only accessible to me when I activated the mangekyou sharingan and the great sage was available to me. Even if I know a jutsu of a specific Bloodline limit under my command I would still need the access of a great sage to actually use it.

"wood style, great villa jutsu !"

As I pressed my hand on the ground and applied Chakra, a massive wooden villa emerged in front of me including Grand gates, a beautiful garden and small place for swimming pool. With a couple of more gestures I also filled up the swimming pool and added some decoration to give it some final touches.

Looking back at Honoka, I found her jaw dropping reaction very satisfying.

"What are you waiting for ? Come on here. I don't have all day." Inviting her to the Villa, I walked ahead. Everything was built perfectly according to my imagination. Taking the comfortable lounge made from flowers and leaves, I waited for Honoka to show up and sit right opposite to me.

"Alright, I will cut straight to chase. I might be a hidden leaf shinobi for the time being, but I value my freedom more than anything else. On top of that everything is not sunshine and rainbows as you think. So if someday the village didn't suit my taste anymore then I want to have a backup plan. In fact I have been searching for a place for this for quite a while now.

So here is what you will have to do as my servant…." I paused for a moment. But within that moment I activated my thought acceleration.

'Great sage, create another puppet with your previous design. Lower its intelligence level and make it such that it will only follow simple commands. Don't bother to give it any garments either.'

With the simple mental command I activated my Predator bubble. Like Sasori, another red haired puppet showed up in front of me. As the bubble disappeared, the red haired puppet stood in front of me with his 8 inches long Glory.

"This year is actually a human puppet. It is not exactly a living being but it has a pseudo soul and a pseudo ego. It will follow your command. In fact I am planning to leave a lot of puppets like this on this Island which will help you manage this Island. I will be keeping every valuable item that I don't want to end up with in my village here, including money and research objects.

And one more thing, I also plan to take a bunch of animals from this Island as my pets or summon animals. So you will also be taking care of them. All the supplies that you will need from the outside world will be provided to you. Once I find someone else to assist you you will also get some vacation if you want to visit the outside world. But until then you will have to work here without being able to leave. So Honoka,

Hey Honoka !" I was really dumbfounded when I looked back at the redhead. She was practically drooling while looking at the fake baby making tool of my puppet.

Feeling my gaze on her, she finally managed to break out of her dream and looked at me with a face, whose color was similar to her hair.

"Don't worry, it can become really hard and since the puppet doesn't have any mind of her own you can basically tell him to do anything that you want and it will follow your command." I told her with a straight face.

"Really ? No ! I don't mean that ! I mean I will do your work without any payment ! I mean I won't do anything ! I mean !" Honoka became really flustered.

"Okay got it. You are definitely not saying yes for the sex toy. I got it. So it is a deal."

"Deal !"

For the next 2 hours Usagi spent a good amount of time creating puppets, barriers, various other facilities for Honoka and the different animals of the island. Finally after modifying the hybrid birds who looked like deadly Nadders, it was finally time for Usagi to return to her mission. But before returning, she designed a puppet based on her own body with the help of the great Sage and gave it a bunch of Bloodline limits along with the memories and ego of her own Shadow clone. The ultimate task of the special puppet was to keep an eye on the overall situation of the island and keep her informed through their mental link.

Finally before leaving she collected a couple of heads and bodies of the hidden mist shinobi and returned to the ship.

Since she had gone to rescue the boy alone it provided her with a golden opportunity to create a believable story behind her transformation into an adult woman.

So while wearing some tight clothes of Honoka, Usagi finally landed on the ship.

After a bit of explanation about a strange jutsu, she created another Shadow clone and sent her to the hidden mist village with the corpses of the hidden mist shinobi and the news about the recent developments.

After the small incident, the ship of the Daimyo sailed forward. While they had to restock in a small Island due to the shortage of food, most of their journey went without much action. Of course there was that time when they were intercepted by a bunch of Pirates. But nothing that could not be handled by Duy, the eternal genin.

Things only got heated when their ship entered the water claimed by the land of lightning.

It was the time of morning when a team of hidden cloud jounins set out to the sea on a small boat to conserve their energy. Their target was the Daimyo of the land of sea, who had come to the land of lightning on a vacation cum visiting trip.

Their mission was simple. Due to the tight security of the land of Fire, the land of lightning, especially the hidden cloud village was not getting any chance to get any valid reason to declare War on them. Sure they can always put some false blame on the hidden leaf before starting the war but the third Raikage was a man of pride. He would rather boldly declare War on the hidden life to satisfy his thirst for battle rather than going for such underhanded tactics.

So currently the mission of the small group of shinobi was to assassinate the Daimyo of the land of sea and the Hidden leaf shinobi protecting them and then put the blame on the hidden leaf to start the war.

The land of sea had trade agreements with the land of lightning. That's why even though it has not associated itself as an Ally with any other great shinobi village, both the daimyos of the lands were considered as friends. Of course it was only on paper. The land of sea always hired shinobi from the hidden leaf due to their cheap price and better service. Especially the current Daimyo despite the good relationship between the land of sea and the land of lightning.

It was the main reason for all the political power play and conspiracies.

But Dodai, the leading kumo shinobi, didn't care about those things. Politics was not the concern of a shinobi. If the Daimyo of the land of lightning wanted to wage war like that, and Raikage supported him because he was simply too eager to fight, he was in no position to oppose any of them.

So he was simply full feeling his duty by leading a group of 12 kumo shinobi to fulfill their mission.

AN: the third great shinobi war has not started yet. But this will be the point when it will start. I was just building up Usagi's base before everything started. So from now on things will escalate even further.
