Yorvig, a young dwarf with more grit than sense, sets off for a remote mining claim nestled deep within the untamed Red Ridges. It doesn’t take long for him to realize that the other miners are more obsessed with digging up wealth than staying alive. Convinced he’s the only one seeing the bigger picture, Yorvig begins maneuvering his way toward leadership.



He thought he'd be battling hunger and hardship—but something far more dangerous is coming.
