In a small town due east of the city named Grensha, in a house, a female with pixie cut yellow hair groans in her bed shifting over to the side.

"Sis! Wake up!" Yelled a female behind the door. The impatience setting in her voice.

"No....leave me alone....a little...longer..." Her voice mumbling from her face into her pillow. The female from behind the door groaned in frustration opening the door. She had a green shirt and jean overalls and blonde hair as well, but she had green highlights and was longer.

She went up to her sisters bed and grabbed the blanket and ripped it off of her.

"No! Blanky come back!" She reached trying to grab it while crunching herself up.

"Wake up. If you want to start your first day within the guild, you need to be punctual for today.....so up Nora." The female said as Nora sits upright and turns around.

"Your so cruel to me Terra." Nora says as Terra flicked her forward.

". . . . . Thank you for that." Nora shaking her head and slapping her cheeks. She changes out behind a Japanese folding divider and then came out around having a black sports bra, a yellow sleeveless cardigan and black pants. She had a black bandana with a yellow pokemon emblem around her neck.

"Better Nora." Terra says with a smirk.

"And that's all folks!" Nora giggled as a Pichu perked up from the bed and noticed Nora. It went over and climbed up her back and onto her shoulder.

"There's my partner. Glad to have you awake too." Nora says with a smile.

"Let's go sis." Terra says as the two head out of Nora's room and while they head out of the house, a Turtwig saw Terra. Turtwig then jumped with a lunge out to Terra as she caught it and held her partner.

Meanwhile, on the West side close to the city, Ryoku was walking coming up to an archway where in bold letters said the name 'Askyne'. He swallows as he takes a step forward.

Askyne is one of the three major cities of

Sharrow in the Land of Fire. In the Land of Sand lies Kalistan and in the Land of Frost is the Glacis.

Upon entering the town, Ryoku looked around as it was bustling with vendors, kids playing, pokemon and trainers alike all around. Ryoku, looked in awe as he knew this would be one hell of a ride.

Everything being all new to him, the technology he's seeing was out of the world to him. He's trying not to draw attention to himself as some people watch him out his face up against the glass window of a television.

"What...is this thing? It's so ....flat... It has....moving picture...is it magic?" He wondered.

"It's called a television." A voice breaking his trance as he looked to his right to see a person with black hair with red tips, had Zorua ears and a Zorua tail. He had a black shirt, red cloth around his waist and black sweatpants.

"A ...tele-...-vision?..." Curiosity piquing his interest.

"Not from around here are you?" The Zorua Hybrid asked

"N-No... I'm not." Ryoku standing straight and looking at the teen.

"What do you know and not know?" He asked

"Uhm...I... don't really know anything." Ryoku said "I'm not on the uptake since..."

Ryoku stopped thinking he shouldn't mention that he's been asleep for a thousand years. The teen looked at him as if he knew he was withholding information, but didn't pry.

"You're not up-to-date to today's society are you? Live alone away from this?" He asked

"Y-yeah... that's exactly it." Ryoku answered

"So where should we start....hmmm...well, let's give you a tour then since you're new here. Oh by the way, my name is Zoro Yagami I am half human and half pokemon of a Zorua. I am what they call a hybrid." Zoro introducing himself

"Okay...hi Zoro, my name is Ryoku Niziki." Ryoku introduced himself as well.

"Alright Ryoku, let's start off here."

Zoro and Ryoku walked around showing him the city and PokeBalls and such. Ryoku being aware of pokemon, didn't know about the concept of trainers. Zoro explained it to him as he understands the concept as they come to a close.

"So....what do you think of Askyne?" Zoro asked

"Gonna get use to. That's for sure." Ryoku says

"Oh! I completely forgot about something." Zoro says

"What is it?" Ryoku says as Zoro takes his hand and goes off.

Meanwhile, Nora and Terra come up to a football stadium size victorian gothic cathedral. Nora was happy to be finally here.

"Let's go sis!" Nora says happily running in

"Geez sis slow down." Terra sighs as she glanced and saw Zoro running towards her.

"Is that....Zoro?" Terra wondered

"Terra!!" Zoro runs and her eyes widened

"Slow down slow down slow down!" She repeats fast as Zoro jumps and goes into her arms knocking her over.

"Geez sis, come on!" Nora seen Zoro on Terra as she giggled and laughed

"Hahahaha! You have Zoro all sprawled over you!" Nora laughing as Ryoku comes up heaving and panting.

"I.... can't.... believe....you brought me....out here ...." Trying to catch his breath.

Nora looked over at Ryoku unfamiliar to her.

"Who are you? Never seen you around." She asked a bit curious

"I'm new to the area.....Z-Zoro....was...giving me a...a tour...." He was bent over still trying to catch his breath.

"Off of me!" Terra yells as Zoro rubs his face in her cleavage.

"You pervert!" Zoro gets off before being thrown off. She gets up furious.

"Damn it Zoro!?" Terra angered as Nora laughs

"Now you look like dad when he's angry." Nora says as Terra shoots a look at Nora.

Nora stops laughing wiping a tear from her eye.

"Oh that was good." Nora says as Terra saw Ryoku as he's now better.

"Who are you?" Terra asked and then her eyes slightly narrowed. "You're not a pervert too, are you?"

"Oh no...I sweat I'm not." He puts his hands up in defense.

"What is a pervert?" Ryoku asked

Both girls look at him with curiosity as they never met someone that don't know what that is. They even looked at each other with skepticism.

"Who are you? Never seen you before." Terra asked

"Ryoku Niziki." He answered

The sound of a book closed as they directed their attention to a black and purple haired female with her side bangs braided and the back of her hair a little past her shoulders. She worn a purple one piece blouse dress, black leggings, black arm sleeves.

"Azalea!!" Nora calls out to her.

"Hey Nora. So....you said your last name is Niziki....correct?" The female being called Azalea about eighteen looking at Ryoku.

"Is that....a problem?" Ryoku asked

"In recorded history, there was a man by the name of Dyäs Niziki. Are you somehow related to him? He was widely known as the Fallen Emperor." Azalea says

Ryoku knew he had to make up a cover story to make sure no one would know that she is correct.

"I don't think I am. I mean...I came from a foreign land. How would I be related to him if he was here in this land?" Ryoku asked

"Hmmm....Maybe not...but...I thought you were so sorry if I assumed." Azalea says

"Azalea!" Zoro yells out as Azalea look softens.

"Hey Zoro....So Nora...Terra. You ready to become part of the pokemon Union?" Azalea asked

"Ooo-oo-ooo...Azalea Azalea...I got another one to join us." Zoro says

"Wait what?" Ryoku says

"You say you wanted to start a new somewhere so this is the perfect place. This is the Pokemon Union where Trainers come and go as a central hub." Zoro says

"Here, you can obtain your first pokemon identification and Poke-gear." Nora says

"First pokemon...identification.... Poke-gear?" Ryoku thinking it all sounds cool.

"You really are a foreigner." Nora bluntly says as Terra knees her in the gut and Nora grunts.

"Apologize." Terra says

"Sorry Ryoku. I didn't mean to be disrespectful." Nora says

"It's fine, really." Ryoku says

"Okay you two....well...three. Let's get this started then." Azalea says as the three followed Azalea and Zoro in.

They were showed around the lounge, Battle area, Mart and the center. There were a few floors where dorms were split in three.

"Now....you can choose which dorm you'd like to go in. Bronze Red, Silver White, Gold Yellow. And then we'll go from there to getting your first pokemon." Azalea says

"What are you in?" Ryoku asked

"I'm the co-director of the Union. My brother is the other co-director as well." Azalea says

"Cool." Ryoku says

"I'll join Silver White." Terra says

"Aww...I thought we agreed that we both do Bronze Red together." Nora says with a pouted face.

"I'll join Bronze Red with you Nora." Ryoku says as she turned at Ryoku as she smiled

"Alright. You and I both. Got it." Nora says

"Say Zoro. What are you in?" Ryoku asked

"Zoro is in Bronze Red. The red cloth he wears is what the Bronze Red people wear. They give out those whatever they desire to wear as red." Azalea says

"Can they change this scarf to red?" Ryoku asked

"I think that shouldn't be a problem." Azalea says

"Alright! Let's get your first pokemon!" Zoro says enthusiastically.

They all go off and eventually get to a research lab room where there was an eighteen year old wearing a short sleeved open lab coat, black long sleeve shirt and jeans. He had brown messy hair as he had glasses on and typing away.

"Yo! Sora!" Azalea called out

He turned around.

"What's up Azalea and Zoro!" The male known as Sora says back

"Newcomers." Azalea asked as he gets up.

He walked over and pressed a button as a tray of multiple starter Pokemon in PokeBalls come out. Ryoku's eyes widened

"Woah.." Ryoku says

"Terra and I already have ours." Nora says as Terra nods.

"Then only Ryoku needs to choose then." Azalea says

"There's....so many." Ryoku looks and then grabs a PokeBall from a slot that said Snivy below it.

"This one....umm...come out?" He says as a grass snake pokemon come out.

"Sni...vy?" Snivy calls out gently as Snivy looked up at Ryoku and seemed to understand as it went up to him and perched on his shoulder.

"She likes you ...Now, Pokéverse gear...or just Poke-gear. This is a Cyber ball. Call back your partner in this one. Turn dial once or twice and watch it evolve and come out. And here is your Gear watch." Sora showed them the Poke-gear watch and handed them the watch and Cyber balls.

They grabbed and put them on. The Cyber Ball was completely all cybernetic looking completely different then a regular PokeBall.

"Let's have a battle Ryoku!" Nora says

"Wait...what?" Ryoku says as he's never had a battle once before.

"Never had a battle before?" Nora asked

"Well....no." He says

"That's okay. I'll show you how. Let's go!" Nora grabs his hand and pulls him from the research lab and out into the main hall and to the battle fields. She gets into position as Ryoku goes to his position on the opposite end.

"Like this.... let's go Pichu!" Pichu from her shoulder jumps out and onto the field. Ryoku looked at Snivy as it nods and goes out onto the field.

"I'll be referee...Since Union Trainers are only allowed one pokemon partner....this is Ryoku and his Snivy versus Nora and her Pichu....begin!"
