The Cult of Tian Hao

Tian Hao had always believed in power. But now, he believed in something greater. "Money is not the true currency of the world," he declared to his inner circle. "Belief is."

His words were no longer commands but proclamations, cryptic statements laced with prophecy. He had stopped seeing himself as a mere financial strategist. Now, he was something more—a guiding force, a figure beyond mortality.

His decrees baffled the Nine Dragons. Move resources into failing businesses. Withhold payments to key allies. Fund seemingly meaningless ventures.

Zhi Fang watched in silence as Tian Hao scribbled strange symbols onto a financial report, muttering about fate. The once-sharp, calculating Shadow Banker had become erratic, unpredictable. Dangerous.

"This can’t continue," Zhi Fang murmured later in a private meeting with Zhu Fen.

Zhu Fen nodded. "He’s pushing us toward destruction. If we don’t act soon… he’ll take us down with him."

The Nine Dragons had no room for madness.
