Lin Feng jabbed the syringe into his arm, injecting the green liquid into his artery. After pulling it out, the used syringe dissolved into a stream of black digital data and vanished.
Soon after, Lin Feng's eyelids grew heavy, and his body heated up. Wrapped in a white bath towel, he lay beside Teacher Shizuka and fell asleep.
He slept straight through to the next morning!
When Lin Feng opened his eyes beside Shizuka, he felt reborn!
Every breath was filled with an exhilarating sense of freedom!
He sprang from the bed, landing lightly on the tatami floor.

As Takashi gazed into the distance, muttering to himself, a girl with pink twin tails emerged from the stairwell.
"Whenever you're in a bad mood, you come squat up here. Are you an elementary schooler? So childish! Besides, the new semester just started, and you're already skipping class. If your grades tank, you'll have to take remedial classes or even repeat a year..."
