It is often said that everything that happens or fails to happen is fated to be, and Nicole's story is no exception ... or is it?

Nicole's world is shattered when she caught Clark, her boyfriend cheating on her on what was supposed to be their fifth anniversary. Heartbroken, she moves in with her best friend.

Accidentally pregnant for the CEO

I saved the file I was working on to my system, and hurriedly shut it down when I realized how far into the night I had worked.

I rushed out of my office, and locked it after grabbing my bag and switching off all electrical gadgets. Then I headed rather unwillingly for the CEO's corner, in search of Nicole.

It was indeed strange how jealousy could make complete strangers out of two best friends. I could no longer stand Nicole, with whom I used to enjoy spending time. Going to the CEO's corner was only to increase my chances of running into Leonard and completing what we started weeks ago, Nicole was only an excuse to be seen there.
