The Minor Side character Wants To Live

"He... committed suicide." Avery's eyes trailed the unsettling picture of a blood spattered corpse on the floor.

"This is strange and complicated." Vicente sighed. He hadn't been able to sleep well since when someone made a move on Avery's life and their only lead was now dead, leading to a dead end.

"I am confused." Avery turned to face the window. "Doctor Phil went into hiding and then committed suicide."

Whoever has attacked Avery that night had been a professional, there were no traces left— on the injection or CCTV— it seemed as though a ghost had attacked him. The investigation had grown stagnant and they had been hoping to make a break by finding Phil Thompson— his former doctor— who had been prescribing high blood pressure medications for him.

Vicente's men tracked Phil to a rundown brothel in the middle of Downtown Area where it had been revealed that Phil had committed suicide by jumping through the window.
