The creature growled in response, its frustration palpable. Without warning, it yanked the closet door open, its strength evident as the door tore from its hinges.
"Juliet..."
But before it could advance, three swift kicks landed squarely on its face, forcing it back against the wall.
"Thanks, freak!" Guano snapped, glaring at the girl who had screamed.
Poco seized the moment, hurling a mop bucket directly at the creature's face. The impact sent it crashing into the wall, blood splattering across the floor. The sight left everyone momentarily stunned by the gruesome scene.
"Now let's get out of here. We still have time," Poco urged, his voice tinged with anger and urgency.
"What? Why are you still standing there?" he questioned, as everyone looked shocked.
"Behind you, Poco…"
Poco turned to see the monster's head seemingly recover as if nothing had happened.
"Th... that... hu... hurt!"
The monster grabbed Poco's arm. Just then, Mark struck the monster with his mop handle.
"Let go of him!" he screamed.
"Ooooooo... uuuuuu... ttttttt oooooffff myyy way!" The monster smacked Mark, sending him flying out the window.
"Mark!!!!!"
Poco screamed in rage watching Mark in terror and shocked at his outcome.
Latifa seized a length of water pipe, expertly directing a jet of scalding water toward the monster's face.
" Now, Guano!" Latifa commanded, her voice steady amidst the chaos.
Guano, momentarily taken aback, quickly grasped the plan. A nervous grin flickered across her face as she nodded.
" Hope this works." She muttered, positioning herself behind the creature. With a swift motion, she yanked the monster away from Poco, creating a brief but crucial opening.
Poco, feeling the creature's relentless grip, cursed under his breath.
" Damn it!" He hissed, his mind racing. Gripping the mop bucket firmly, he swung it with all his might, connecting with the monster's hand and forcing it to release his wrist.
" Are you okay, Guano?" Poco called, concern etching his features as he glanced toward her.
" I'm fine!" Guano replied, her voice tinged with determination. She executed a flawless backflip, landing gracefully and creating additional distance between herself and the enraged creature.
"What are going to do now?"
Guano asked as he saw poco running toward the window.
Then monster staggered to its feet, tendrils of healing smoke emanating from its wounds as they rapidly sealed.
"M... myyyyyy Juliiieeetttt!" it bellowed in fury, its voice a guttural roar.
"Damn it!" Poco growled, frustration evident in his tone torned between two thing as he watched Mark screaming as the monster covered him.
As poco watched with fear, yet need to save Mark screaming his name.
"Poco!! Help.!"
"I don't want to die yet, please helppppppppppp!!!!"
Suddenly, thick vines erupted from the floor, ensnaring poco watching in horror and the rest of the students bodies.
"Someone please help me! I don't want to die yet!" a student cried, panic-stricken, as the vines cocooned them, rendering them immobile.
Poco gritted his teeth, summoning every ounce of strength to resist the tightening grip of the vines.
" Damn it," he muttered, his muscles straining against the relentless pull.
Meanwhile, Guano's eyes widened in terror as the monstrous hand reached toward her.
" I'm done for!" she thought, her face contorting with guilt and sorrow. "I didn't even have the chance to apologize to that girl... and to my friends too."
Before the creature could touch her, thick vines erupted from the ground, enveloping her completely.
"I never told the new student how I feel..." Her thoughts trailed off as darkness overtook her.
Meanwhile Poco's heart sank as he witnessed his peers being ensnared, their bodies cocooned in thick greenery, and sudden stopped in mark screaming.
" This can't be happening!" he roared, his voice laced with desperation.
Summoning every ounce of strength, he fought against the constricting vines.
" Everyone, don't you dare give up!" he shouted, though his movements were increasingly restricted.
With a primal scream of frustration and helplessness, he felt himself being drawn into a cocoon, his vision fading.
"I wonder if Jennifer made it..." he thought regretfully before losing consciousness.
Meanwhile the monster roar and began walking off just to face off with another monster.
The first monster let out a guttural roar, its elongated arm swinging toward its adversary. In a swift counter, the second creature delivered a powerful punch, driving the first monster's head downward. Seizing the opportunity, it grasped the first monster's neck and, with a surge of strength, hurled it through the window. The creature soared through the air, landing with a heavy thud near the distant treeline that bordered the school grounds, just for another towering monster to grabbed it and started devouring it.
Meanwhile, Jennifer stood, surrounded by the lifeless bodies of her crew, staring at the monster sitting at the Senior Drill Officer's desk, devouring her team.
"How did this happen?" she thought, horrified, watching the monster that had tricked them by mimicking the Senior Drill Officer's voice to lure them in.
Jennifer's gaze locked onto the horrifying scene as the monster continued its gruesome feast, consuming both her team and other students.
"Was all this a lie?" Jennifer screamed in rage, her body trembling at the gruesome sight. "What happened to the safe zones you informed us about?" She roared, pointing a broomstick at the monster.
"Quiet. I am eating," the monster growled, tossing a student's severed head at her.
Jennifer dodged it, her body trembling, but her eyes widened in shock as she recognized the victim.
"Tina!" she thought, in disbelief, recalling her as she use to mimic voice and playful demeanor.
"This can't be real!" she said, unable to process the situation.
