The Past

Watching all this by his senses the buttler sighed and started walking towards his room.

He was on standby this whole time. Waiting to detect a single flow in his master's plan and jump to assist.

As he reached his room and sit on his bed. He took a photograph form his drawer and spoke in a husky voice.

" My lord, my lady. Young lord has become a fine young man now. He doesn't even need me to assist now." A crystal of his tear fell on the photo as he remembered that day.

...

" My lord! I am coming with you !" The young Buttler spoke and drew his armour.

" No, You are not Buttler". Standing in front the lord of the Skyster family spoke. As he prepared to leave.

" But my lor-". The Buttler wanted to retaliate but before he could speak a sweet voice rang in his ears.

" Jones ". As he looked towards the direction the voice came. He saw a beautiful woman wearing a armour making her way forward with a smile on her face.

" Jones, You have to take care of 'Dian' here. He is still young and needs someone to stay by his side." She spoke as she stood beside her husband.

" My lady ". The buttler spoke as his eyes filled with tears.

" Father! Mother! Where are you going. I want to go too". A childish voice rang and little Dian came running towards them.

The moment his voice reached her mother and father both hesitated as they saw their son.

Her mother cupped his cheeks with both hands as he spoke. " No, my boy. You have to stay here. Who will take care of our house if you too are gone." He eyes getting filled with tears as the moments passed

Coming close to them his father spoke. " Yes, You have to take care of the Skyster family now, Dina. It's in your hands now. Buttler will be with you here to help. We will be back."

The Buttler came close and puts his both hand on littler Dian's shoulder form back.

" Father, Mother. You will be back right?" Little Dian asked as he saw his parents left for the ongoing war.

" We will ". Both of them spoke as they left.

Now standing alone the buttler and Dian could only hope for their safe return.

...

As days passed as atmosphere become more tense. And after a wait of 3 days a news came.

A messanger from the royal family came. He spoke as he stood infront of the buttler.

" How are they ? Where are they ?". The Buttler spoke shaking the messanger as he couldn't stand more quiet.

Suppressed by his aura the messanger spoke. " M-my L-lord, they passed away fighting in the war gloriously".

The moment these words left his mouth all the surroundings became heavy. The messanger got crushed under the buttler's heavy pressure.

" Uhhh! M-my l-lor- ". The messanger tried to speak but the more he spoke the more pressure increased.

" What did you say ?". The buttler asked as he came close to the messanger. Before he was totally crushed under his pressure a voice rang.

" Mr Jones, Please spare him. He is just a messanger".

The Buttler looked towards the side to saw a man with bruises all over his body and shattered armour making his way towards him.

He is the King of the 'kingdom of Rikos' who led the army in the war. Now all spent.

But even after his request the buttler didn't buldge. The news he came with broke all his walls and he was completely consumed by anger.

" Buttler, That's enough. Let him go". Another voice that broke the pressure as it fell on the buttler's eat was heard.

From inside the castle came little Dian.

The moment 'Reus Rindell' saw him he came on his half knees as he spoke. " They fought bravely, even more bravely than me. But I wasn't able to rescue them. Please forgive me 'Young Lord' of the Skyster family".

...

From that day onwards nobody saw him smiling again. The once cheerful family became a crushed family under the war .

But I didn't lose hope and I was right. After these years, he was poisoned but when he woke up. He was a totally different person.

The once glorious Skyster family that was being degraded day by day started flourishing again under his supervision.

And the smile that was erased that day is seen once again.

Holding in his hand a picture of a young man with a young lady and a small boy between them and a once young buttler stood beside them.

A smile crept on his face as he put the picture back in the drawer and laid on the bed. And drifted into sleep with a big smile.

" He is going to be a great man, My lord".
