Old Mr. Allson rolled his eyes at Nanny Daisy after she finished. She quickly stepped aside quietly.

Old Mr. Allson then said.

"Don't listen to her nonsense. Come on, eat up. It won't taste good if it gets cold."

As he spoke, he scooped up some food and place them on Janice's plate.

Janice glanced at the food on her plate. She was touched yet guilt-stricken at the same time.

She believed what Nanny Daisy had just said.

The first time she saw Old Mr. Allson, she thought he looked very lonely and needed someone to keep him company.

But what did she do all this while?

Old Mr. Allson was so kind to her, but she had never bothered to make time for him.
