Shadowborne Ascension

Kaiser was lazily flailing his legs while seated on the roof of a high-rise building. After saving the two sisters, he had decided to bring them along with him to whatever was on the other side of that mysterious chamber.

Turning to look towards the castle, he silently pondered.

'How long will it take brother to kill them? Let me think...' He hummed thoughtfully. 'Based on what I know of brother, he would at least entertain them for a few minutes before finishing them off out of boredom.'

'And that should be happening soon.'

Turning away, he summoned a flask to drink water when he froze.

His soul suddenly went haywire, throbbing violently.

Stunned, he clutched his chest as a blinding pain shot through his soul. It was so painful that he almost screamed out his entire being. Suddenly, his mind went blank.

'Someone—! Someone's trying to kill me!'
