"Master!!!"

A thick voice full of respect, admiration and longing echoed in the class as a burly student shot to his feet, looking like he had seen a dead man.

At first, everyone was confused, then they suddenly realized that the young man's gaze was directed at Kaiser who looked anything but pleased.

'What is he doing here?'

Kaiser whined inwardly, though he made no effort to run as the boy ran towards him then enveloped him in a bear hug.

'Jeez, here it comes.'

"I thought you were dead, master!"

"Those bastard Infernos. If they hadn't attacked the headquarters!"

"Uuwaaah! Master is alive!"

"Uwaah! I—*sob* I miss master!!!"

Like that, the boy ranted on an on like he was monologuing until Iruca called out to him gently.

"Um, Daniel, aren't you making Kaiser uncomfortable?"

Immediately, Daniel stiffened, then released Kaiser, staggering back in shock.
