Chapter 10

As I was preparing for my overseas studies, Chase began to haunt me like a persistent ghost.

At first, he would come to our former marital home to ambush me.

I had changed the locks on the house, so he could only wait outside the door.

Through the security camera, I saw him standing there with flowers in his hands, looking disgustingly pathetic. It made me want to vomit.

I told the property management not to let Chase into the complex anymore.

I also sent a message to his "pure love," along with a photo of Chase holding flowers, looking like he was about to get down on one knee.

Felicity was furious when she saw it. She called me up and cursed me out, calling me a bitch for seducing Chase.

I said, "Does Chase need seducing?"

Only someone of her caliber would need to seduce Chase.

I added casually that Chase left our divorce with nothing, so you can see how much he loved me.

That made her even angrier.

I hung up the phone and waited for them to fight it out like dogs.
