A Broken Ride and a Sudden Truth

The night air was cold, the dim glow of streetlights casting long shadows across the pavement. Levan slowed his car and pulled over when he saw two familiar figures sprawled beside a damaged motorcycle.

"Finn? Jax?"

Finn stood up slowly, brushing dirt off his jeans, a slight limp in his step. "Levan? Whoa—this looks worse than it is."

Jax was still sitting on the ground, holding his helmet like it had betrayed him. "Stupid cat came out of nowhere! The tire blew, and boom—road kiss."

Levan approached quickly, eyes scanning both of them. "What happened? Where's Ryzen? Where's Alea?"

Finn's expression turned serious.

"Alea's safe now," he said. "She was kidnapped… but Ryzen and Kael found her. They're taking her to the hospital right now."

Levan froze.

For a moment, everything went silent—except for the sound of traffic in the distance. Then, his jaw tightened.

"Which hospital?" he asked urgently.

"We don't know the name," Finn said. "But they're on their way there right now."

Without another word, Levan turned and got into his car. The engine roared to life, and he drove off into the night, leaving the two behind.

Jax watched the taillights disappear. "Do you think he's mad at us?"

Finn sighed. "Nah. He's just a big brother in panic mode."
