In this scene, Minho was caught off guard when he finally acknowledged the man sitting beside him. Initially, he didn't pay attention to the presence of Seo-Jun at all, he was focused instead on the entrance. However, as soon as Seo-Jun spoke, Minho's attention snapped to him, revealing a feeling of surprise. The shock was visible as he shouted, "Seo-Jun!" and instinctively stood up, showcasing his eagerness and perhaps a hint of nervousness. Seo-Jun, hearing his name, felt a pleasant burning sensation wash over him, a reaction that brought a smirk to his face. The playful tension between them escalated as Minho stammered, confessing, "I-I was looking for you." which only deepened his blush. Seo-Jun, teasingly, said, "Weren't you the one from yesterday who claimed you weren't going to reach out to me ever again?" And smirked back at Minho, creating a charged atmosphere filled with unspoken emotions.
Minho was momentary silenced. At that moment he felt a blend of frustration and bitterness, hinting at unresolved feelings. He avoided Seo-Jun's gaze, looking down at the ground. Meanwhile, Seo-Jun confidently turned to the bartender, ordering a drink, clearly in no rush to leave. His intention to stay and watch Minho squirm added a playful dynamic to the moment.
The atmosphere shifted dramatically as Seo-Jun broke the silence, his voice cutting through the loud noise of the music. "I vividly remember that you also said you don't sleep with the same guy twice." he claimed, taking a sip from his drink, which caught Minho off guard. His reaction was immediate and loud, "YES, I DON'T!" The sudden outburst pierced through the music, drawing Seo-Jun's playful smirk back to his lips.
However, the mood quickly changed when Seo-Jun pressed, "If it is not sex … what do you want from me?" His smirk faded, replaced by a serious expression that made Minho acutely aware of the seriousness of the moment. Feeling the shift, Minho realised he had to be careful with his words. "Well, actually this is the reason… I've never felt this good when I had sex with any other guy… I only felt good with you." he declared, trying to hide his frustration with a lie that felt hollow even as he said it.
Seo-Jun raised an eyebrow, intrigued, and stood up from his chair, closing the distance between them. He was around one head taller than Minho, which required him to lean forward just to maintain eye contact. This physical closeness heightened the tension, leaving Minho to only guess with uncertainty how Seo-Jun would respond to his words.
It was hard to maintain eye contact. Seo-Jun's hazel eyes were so desirable that you could easily fall into them, but Minho was determined not to let that happen. He knew he could do it, clinging to the belief that he could withstand the pull of those captivating eyes, even if it was the last thing he did. Seo-Jun noticed Minho's stubbornness and smirked, leaning in even closer, "And what do you expect me to do?"
Minho, feeling suddenly flustered by the closeness between him and Seo-Jun, stepped back, his cheeks burning. Gathering his strength, he blurted out, "I want you to be my sex buddy!" The words hung in the air, and for a moment, Seo-Jun just stared at him, a look of surprise washing over his face before he erupted into laughter.
Minho was shocked, he hadn't said anything funny, and anger began to simmer within him. "WHY ARE YOU LAUGHING?!" he shouted. Seo-Jun, still chuckling, sank back into his seat, shaking his head in disbelief. "I couldn't believe the words that came out of your mouth. Especially when they are from the guy that said he hopes to never see me again." he said, taking a sip from his drink, his laughter slowly fading away. The playful banter left Minho feeling a mix of embarrassment and irritation, unsure of how to respond to Seo-Jun's reaction.
Minho didn't say anything; he was lost in his thoughts, wrestling with his emotions. "He heard that? What should I tell him now? I have to convince him somehow to be my sex buddy… I have to get closer to him, and this is the only way to do this." he pondered, his gaze fixed on the ground. Seo-Jun, meanwhile, was casually sipping his drink, seemingly uninterested in Minho's struggle happening in front of him.
Gathering his courage again, Minho decided to set aside his ego. And with a deep breath, he looked directly at Seo-Jun, his eyes serious yet filled with a hint of pity. "Please…" he said, the word hanging in the air. Finally, Seo-Jun glanced back at him, and in that moment, a flicker of recognition sparked in his memory. He recalled the previous night—the way Minho had said his name, the tension of their intimate moment, and the unexpected connection that had at some point formed between them. A smirk crept onto his face as the pleasant, tingling sensation washed over him again. Seo-Jun replied, a teasing glint in his eyes, "Actually… I can make good use of you. I was looking for a whore like you to have decent sex with… and fucking you wasn't as horrible as I anticipated." In a playful yet bold move, he reached out, grabbing a handful of Minho's hair and pulling him closer. The sudden action sent a jolt through Minho, a mix of confusion and anger. "WHO ARE YOU CALLING A WHORE?! You fucking piece of sh-" he thought, feeling his blood boil.
Minho couldn't finish his thought when he felt Seo-Jun's hand let him go. The sudden release caught him slightly off guard, and for a moment, he was taken aback. Anger spreading faster within him, but he chose to be silent, refusing to give Seo-Jun the satisfaction of another opportunity to tease him again. Seo-Jun, however, was unfazed by Minho's mood. With a serious tone, he declared, "But I have one condition."
Minho's frustration was reaching a boiling point; he was on the verge of losing his mind and beat Seo-Jun up right then and there. Yet, he managed to keep his composure, his voice steady as he replied, "What?" Seo-Jun's smirk returned, a mix of mischief and confidence in his expression. "You will spread your legs for me when I tell you to… it doesn't matter the place nor the time. Understood?"
Minho felt even angrier, his options dwindling. He nodded, telling himself repeatedly to calm down, "I am doing it for the team, I am doing it for the team..." He could feel Seo-Jun's eyes on him, the smirk never leaving his face, which only fuelled Minho's irritation. After finishing his drink, Seo-Jun stood up, satisfaction could be seen in his eyes. Minho, still avoiding eye contact, muttered, "Just… call me… in advance… to prepare myself. "
Seo-Jun, clearly pleased with their arrangement, extended his hand, saying, "Deal." Minho hesitated, weighing the risk of accepting this deal against the urge to run far away from this bar and never look back. The danger emanating from Seo-Jun was obvious, and he could sense Seo-Jun's true intentions… But the thought of letting the team down held him back.
With a resigned sigh, he shook Seo-Jun's hand and replied firmly, "Deal."
It was an unexpected and unknown decision to make for Seo-Jun. He could find anyone to have sex with him. After all, he had the charm and charisma to attract people, making them fall for him at ease. He could have easily turned Minho down, viewing him as just another ordinary guy. But… then a question popped into his head: Was he going to experience the same pleasuring feeling with someone else? The thought lingered, pushing him to take the leap and agree to the deal with Minho.
Minho, on the other hand, was grappling with his own feelings. He felt a wave of embarrassment wash over him, realising he was stepping into a role he had never done before. Yet, despite the discomfort, his thoughts kept circling back to the team and his father. The weight of their expectations rested heavily on his shoulders, driving him to push through the embarrassment. He knew he had to do this, not just for himself, but for the sake of the team.
In that moment, both Seo-Jun and Minho were at a crossroads, each driven by their own motivations, yet bound together by this unexpected agreement… at least for the time being…
