Change Myself #1

Days passed, years went by. However, I didn't feel any change within myself. Every day, I only focused on concentration with the Queen. But it didn't yield the maximum results.

The second year passed, my patience was almost exhausted. I felt like I was a burden and a disappointment to them. I thought that the next year would be my last with them.

The second year passed again. Now, I'm 13 years old. I didn't have the same expectations as the first day. Now, I'm just resigned to my fate and trying to accept it.

12 months passed in the third year. This is the last day of the third year. I don't want to continue it next year.

This morning, I did my usual activities, trying to concentrate, my mind calm with the sound of the waterfall, taking deep breaths, and various other activities.

Half the day passed. We had breakfast, but with a tense atmosphere. I'm very frustrated, I'm very tired, but this is my last day.

I tried to apologize for everything. "Your Majesty, forgive me. I didn't succeed. Please, forgive me," I said with a weak voice.

"Master, I didn't expect it to go on for so long. However, I owe a debt to your ancestors. This is the only way I can repay it, please don't think we're a bother," replied the Queen with a calm voice.

"My ancestors? I'm different from them, I don't think I'll be the same as them, I don't think I can handle this burden, I'm very frustrated, Your Majesty," I said with a louder voice.

The Queen didn't respond, she just remained silent. I turned to her, I felt like she saw something and wanted to convey it.

"Master, I don't believe it. You did it," she said with a surprised voice.

"What did I do? I didn't do anything. I just let it out-" I said, but then I realized what was wrong with all of this.

"Emotions!" I said with a loud voice.

"Yes, emotions are what will bring out your power, so we'll try it. I've seen it again after a long time. It turns out that emotions are what will bring out your power," said the Queen with a confident voice.

I nodded, "Okay, we should try it." I realized that I had felt this before.

Lunch passed, it was time for us to do something we had never done before. The opposite of concentration, provoking emotions.

We started something special, the Queen insulted me and provoked my anger to bring out my power.

"Hiro, you're just a human born imperfect. And you don't need to be born like this, Master, you feel bitter about it, which is even more bitter-"

"Your Majesty, please. Be harsher with me, I couldn't bring out my emotions, just consider me an ordinary human," I said with a weak voice.

I interrupted her, feeling that her words were still too gentle to have any effect. I nodded to encourage her, the Queen started.

"Hiro, you're just an ordinary human. Born without talent, grew up without parents, useless, a bother to everyone, I didn't expect you to still be alive like this," she said with an increasingly loud voice.

The Queen did it. I felt my emotions rising, I amplified them, I was about to let them out, but I failed to do so.

"Forgive me, Master. I think this time you don't need to hold back your emotions," she said with a gentle voice.

I took a breath, "Okay." I let it out. I had held back my emotions, but this time I didn't need to.

"Hiro, you live among humans who want to use you, you shouldn't be alive if that's the case, you were born alone, that's your fate, you have no friends, you cry about your fate, you're just an ordinary human with nothing," she said with an increasingly loud voice.

I was silent, feeling my emotions. I didn't expect my body to feel like it was on fire, my mind was chaotic, my grip was tight, I couldn't control it, tears were welling up in my eyes, I didn't realize it, I woke up on my own, my feet weren't touching the ground, I was floating in the air.

The Queen moved away from me, I saw her clearly. But I couldn't control my body, I felt like my entire body was bound by thick chains.

The Queen seemed to be shouting at me, but I couldn't hear anything.

"MASTER! Don't let yourself be completely controlled. You are a destined child. Wake up! MASTER!" the Queen shouted again.

Roots appeared, the entire place was destroyed by the vibrations, the roots tried to approach the Queen.

I tried to shout, "QUEEN, BEHIND YOU." I shouted loudly, but I thought she didn't hear me.

The roots wrapped around her body, I was frozen, the attack didn't stop, until her neck was entangled in the roots.

"Master-" the Queen began to choke.

"No, QUEEN!" I moved my entire body.

Suddenly, I fell from a height.

I tried to get up, but I couldn't open my eyes.

"Where am I?!"
