Chapter 106 BABY ISABELLE

A few minutes later, I emerged from one of the cubicles and made a beeline straight to the sink. Washing my hands, my mind skittered back to what I ate this morning and wondered what gave me an upset stomach. I remembered eating three — was it four? — servings of milky cheese donuts. Perhaps it is what caused my stomach trouble.

Done with soaping my hands and rinsing them, I dried my hands on the sensored hand dryer before leaving the comfort room to return to the front desk where my daughter Isabelle waited.

An ominous thud hit my chest as I was making my way back. I ignored the feeling and continued to cross the hallways with quick, long steps. A few seconds later, I could clearly see the front desk office and saw my employees were still there. However, another tall and erect figure, wearing only a black t-shirt and jeans had joined them.
