Chapter 18 He raises his hands on her?

After saying goodbye to Rosalyn at the riverbank he came to the club. For a minute he thought she was going to commit suicide.

Seeing the broken look on her face shattered his heart into a million pieces.

He wants to help her with whatever it is if she allows him. but she refuses to confide in him which is understandable. for her, he is a total stranger. This thought always hurts him that she doesn’t remember him.

He tries to find out on his own but he came up empty-handed. His assistant is still looking into this matter but so far he came up empty-handed. He told him to keep looking into it.

What could be the problem that forced her to do this? Is the divorce stress catching up with her? She looked fine after she came out of the city hall. She looked happy she had a strange relief on her face. Then what is troubling her? He thought.
