Chapter 114 Cat out of the bag

Everyone was dumbfounded seeing the whole drama. Caleb whispered to Rosalyn "Do you want to leave? "He felt that she did not want to be the center of attention of everyone.

"Yes please." He starts to carry her in his arms despite her protest.

"I can walk Caleb," Rosalyn mumbled in his chest.

"I know." She is so small in his chest and does not weigh at all.

He made her sit in his car. "Do you want to stay at my house? It is near from here and it is late already." Caleb said putting the keys in the ignition.

"Sure." Rosalyn agreed. She does not want to be alone right now. Firstly she narrowly escaped drowning to death then the whole fiasco coming out, it is too much for her to handle.

She was tired too. Her muscles were aching. Water can be very brutal, she has experienced it today. There was still a slight burn in her throat due to the continuous shouting.

"Do you remember how you fell into the water?" Caleb asked Rosalyn while putting the key in the ignition of the car.
