I was able to calm down a little when I heard Tyler's voice. He sounded calm but worried.


[Are you home? Where's Millie? Please tell me you’re home.]


My forehead creased, “No. I went out with Millie and Selena—”


[Please go home, Serena. It’s not safe outside. Go home or better come to my parents’ house for a more safe environment. It’s Andy. He was…abducted.]


[He was abducted, Serena. So please, take Millie to my parents' house. Don't tell her what’s wrong so she won't be scared. Just…do as I say please. Just this once.]


I swallowed hard and nodded as I rushed back to our table where Millie and Selena were waiting for me.


Selena looked at me worriedly, noticing my reaction. “What's wrong?”
