Ivory Remington had sacrificed five years to look after her husband Gadreel who was in a vegetative state after an accident and a few months ago, he finally awakened like a miracle. She thought it was the start of their happy life but Gadreel still had no heart for her.

After Divorce, I Return As CEO

After successfully convincing the people of Elixiron's innocence, Ivory went back to the company and handled a few matters. She released the apology and statement and had a meeting with the new set of shareholders Camilla had employed, after which she tried to reach across to the assistant, much to her dismay, her call was forwarded.


This caused her to worry, ever so slightly. But as much as she wanted to, she knew with the way things were at hand, she needed to focus on Elixiron.


Thus, after putting Carlos up with the task of getting across to her, she went back to work, engrossing herself in tasks until the end of the day.


By the time she had decided to clock out, Ivory was more exhausted than usual.
