Looking at his phone, Gadreel frowned. The call earlier, had it been a fluke?
Was he meant to feel better now that she had called him?
But, why did she call him and then hang up immediately? And the messages he sent, why hasn’t he responded to them?
Sighing, Gadreel massaged his pained Temple. He could feel that migraine coming on, and if there was one thing he didn’t need right now, was a migraine.
Pushing those thoughts to the back of his mind, he walked towards his desk, his fingers typing in the password and logging into his laptop.
Something really wasn’t adding up and he was going to get down to the bottom of it.

Four hours after the whole ordeal that had happened, Ivory stepped out of her room. She was in a new dress, but, despite that, her mind was still stuck on the previous incident.
As a matter of fact, her entire being was.
