Give or take, three weeks had passed since Ivory had woken up. Damien, ever the charming savior, had taken his time and cared for her, providing her with supplements that not only aided her recovery, but also helped with her unborn child.

What would Emma be thinking? Gadreel? They obviously would be worried sick about her, thinking that something had happened.

Ivory had no clue, and the suspense was driving her insane.


“Ivory, if you continue stressing yourself out, it’ll be bad for the baby.” Damien said, walking into the indoor garden where Ivory was, catching the briefest hint of sunlight, that she could.
