[Fishermen Never Return Empty-Handed!]
With a resonating sound, a flood of information suddenly rushed into his mind.
Robert's expression instantly turned peculiar.
His System had finally activated.
As the name implied, this was a System tailor-made for fishermen—crafted to ensure they never returned empty-handed.
Everyone knows that fishermen can catch anything but fish.
This System followed the same logic.
While it couldn't actually reel in fish, all sorts of bizarre and powerful items could be fished up. As long as the item existed within Robert's realm of knowledge, the System could turn it into something he could potentially fish up.
Things like the Infinity Gauntlet, spells, Infinity Stones, and even the Phoenix Force were all fair game.
Each of these powerful objects was represented as a type of fish, categorized into five distinct levels: white, blue, purple, red, and gold—with white being the weakest and gold being the most powerful.
But that wasn't all.
As long as Robert cast his line into the System's fishpond, he could continuously grow stronger. Each successful catch would not only add to his collection but also enhance his existing abilities.
Robert inhaled sharply.
This System was outrageous—an overpowered game-breaking cheat.
He was essentially sitting on a stool, fishing his way to godhood!
"But what exactly did I fish up earlier?"
With a burst of excitement, Robert pulled up his System panel.
[Host: Robert]

[Strength: Level 1]
[Physique: 20]
[Spirit: 15]
[Energy: 10]
[Fishpond: Artificial Lake]
[Item: VIX Fishing Rod]
[Skill: Superman Body (Bronze Stage)]
[Superman Body: A body that has inherited the Power of Superman (Bronze Stage), possessing infinite possibilities]
Seeing this, Ryan's face lit up with pure exhilaration.
He actually fished up something this insane?
Superman's Body!
Didn't that make him invincible?
Superman is a unique existence in the DC Universe.
He's widely recognized as the chosen one of destiny—a protagonist-level entity in every sense.
His power level is notoriously complex, often divided into multiple eras and stages:
Bronze Age
New 52
Silver Age
V4
Golden Superman Age
Due to DC's ever-evolving timelines and countless reboots, fans generally simplify Superman's strength into three broad categories: Bronze Age, Silver Age, and Golden Age.
Bronze Age Superman is the "standard" version—strong enough to move mountains, shift oceans, and lift millions of tons.
By the Silver Age, he begins to transcend the boundaries of mortality. At his peak, a single sneeze could shatter the Solar System, and a breath could extinguish the Sun. He could drag dozens of planets behind him like workout weights—no longer a mere mortal by any measure.
Golden Age Superman?
That's a whole other level—practically divine. He surpasses space and time, wields five-dimensional abilities, and can destroy entire multiverses with a punch.
If this level of Superman were placed in the Marvel Universe, he'd likely surpass even the five cosmic-level gods. He'd be the ultimate supreme being of the human world.
Now, Robert had the potential to tap into this very power—thanks to his System.
As long as he continued basking in the sun, his strength would keep escalating. Sunbathing and fishing were all part of his new training regimen.
The thought alone made Robert drool with anticipation.
"This System is way too overpowered!"
"This Superman ability is absolutely insane!"
However, Robert quickly sobered up.
He reminded himself that the Superman ability he had acquired was only at the Bronze Stage.
It wasn't very powerful—yet.
Back when Superman first arrived on Earth, his abilities were relatively modest. He was essentially just a slightly more athletic human. His flight, laser vision, freezing breath, and other iconic powers only developed after extended exposure to the sun.
In truth, Robert speculated that Superman didn't absorb energy from the sun directly. Rather, the sun served as a catalyst—awakening powers already within him.
After all, when viewed on a cosmic scale, our sun is relatively unimpressive.
Take Stephenson 2-18, for example—the largest known star. Its volume is over 10 billion times that of the sun!
If Superman could destroy that kind of star, draining Earth's sun wouldn't even register.
So the real source of Superman's might?
His own body.
Whether in the Marvel Universe or DC, Superman's physiology was fundamentally superior. It was the ultimate power—and now Robert had access to it.
He couldn't help grinning smugly.
"This is the perfect chance. Let's try casting the line again. Maybe I'll pull up something even crazier this time."
Without another word, Robert grabbed the VIX Fishing Rod and hurled it into the pond.
Splash.
Just then, an angry voice rang out behind him.
"Robert!"
Startled, Robert turned around and saw a tall, white-haired woman standing with her arms crossed. Her expression was one of restrained fury.
Ororo-sensei.
A respected teacher at the Mutant Academy—and none other than Storm, vice-captain of the X-Men.
She was one of the most powerful mutants at the Academy, second only to Professor X and Jean in raw combat capability. Her mastery over the weather was legendary, and she had dabbled in magic as well.
In terms of pure strength, she was just a notch below Thor.
As one of the Academy's most revered instructors, she took her responsibilities seriously—educating and guiding the next generation of mutants.
So why was she here, and not in class?
"Why am I here?" she echoed, both amused and annoyed.
"While your classmates are attending lectures, you're out here fishing?"
She scowled.
"Are you even trying to succeed in life?"
Robert got the message loud and clear.
The Academy was founded to provide mutant children with proper education and a fair shot at life. The goal was to equip them with the knowledge and skills to survive and thrive in society.
Even Magneto's Brotherhood had acknowledged this mission and provided financial support.
Unlike standard U.S. schools with more relaxed curriculums, the Mutant Academy ran a tight ship. The students had a full schedule and strict expectations.
But Robert had already transmigrated into this world.
What point was there in going to class anymore?
He had Superman's body now.
What could they possibly teach him that he couldn't overpower?
Learn? Learn what?!
