Manchester did not realise this until he had gone into the hospital and was signing in at the reception when one of them walked in through the entrance. Manchester was filling in the form and didn't lift his head, but he was forced to do so when a familiar voice spoke from behind.
"Good day." She said, her soft voice caressing Manchester's ears like a gentle breeze.
"I'd like to visit..." Mel's words were cut off when her eyes met Manchester. First with an expression of shock, then immediately replaced with a warm smile.
"Mr. Manchester!" She said,
"I'm so glad we met you here, it's such a coincidence." She added and extended her hand for a handshake.
Manchester was surprised to see her alone, he looked toward the door to see if her fiancé' was coming behind her the whole time.
"Yes, it's a coincidence." He replied with a cold voice and shook hands with her.
"Do I still have to sign in?" Mel turned to the clerk and asked,
