Chapter 56: Loverbirds

NEXT MORNING

Cecilia held the wheels of her wheelchair with her fingers wrapping tightly around the rubber rims and pushed herself out of her room while rolling the wheels with her hands.

She stopped when she found Axton in the kitchen,grabbing a fancy water bottle from the fridge and she guessed that he was going for a morning run with the clothes he was wearing and he looked good looking from behind even when he hadn't turned to face her.

"Goodmorning"She greeted and she saw his body still before he turned around slowly and she almost lost her breath.

"Are you alright?"He raised his brows and she nodded giving him a confused look.

"Why are you asking that? Do I look sick?Well I'm obviously sick but...??"She trailed off and he cleared his throat closing the fridge.

"Since you came here, That'll be the first time you greet me. It's weird"He responded and she blinked.

"I don't understand you,You always say I'm rude and when I'm trying to be respectful towards you, You start complaining."She said frowning in annoyance.

Axton shrugged without responding to her words.

"Mum went out and she asked me to serve you breakfast when you're awake,Your food is in the microwave Incase you're hungry or should I get it for you now cuz I'm heading out and I won't be back till an hour time"

"Can I come with you?"She blurted out and she immediately regretted her words when she saw the look on his face.

"I haven't been out since I came here,I..I just thought I could come with you, You can go. I shouldn't have asked that when I can't even walk.. Sorry"She rambled out laughing awkardly and his expression changed.

"You think I'm ashamed of you or something?"

She pursed her lips unable to respond and he sighed.

"You can come with me"

"Really?"She grinned and he felt something weird in his chest.

He nodded.

"As long as you don't annoy me"

"I'll keep my bad mouth shut,I promise"She responded smiling widely and he almost chuckled.

Axton took a step forward and gently turned Cecilia's wheelchair and gently turned it around.

He glanced at her and he saw that she was still smiling and his lips twitched before pushing the chair forward guiding it gently out of the door.

Cecilia sat comfortably in the chair,her bare legs resting on the footrests while he pushed the chair out with a serious look on his face.

"Can I ask you something?"She asked and he hummed in response.

"Don't you have friends? I've never seen you with one"

"I prefer being alone,I don't have time for friends"He responded curtly.

"No wonder he's so grumpy"She muttered under her breath and thankfully he didn't hear her.

"I also don't have any friends,We can be friends. How does that sound?"She smiled and he didn't respond until seconds later.

"Not bad"He muttered and she didn't speak again but she was smiling brightly.

LIAM'S PENTHOUSE

Darlina bounced out of her room looking so happy,Her heart wanted to burst out happiness knowing Dawson was arrested and Hazel was finally free from that cruel man.

It all wouldn't have been possible without Liam and she smiled more wide heading towards the dining table where Hazel and Liam were sitting together.

He said something she couldn't hear to Hazel and Darlina chuckled when she saw Hazel blush looking away from him.

"Good morning Sis"She chirped as she reached them before smiling at Liam. "Goodmorning,My future sister's husband. How are you doing?"

Hazel coughed glaring at her and Darlina rolled her eyes.

"Goodmorning Darlina,Heading for school?"Liam chuckled and she nodded still smiling.

"Yes,My future sister's husband."She responded and Hazel cheeks got more red in embarrassment and Liam laughed.

"Lina..... What's wrong with you?"

"Nothing, I'll pretend like I don't know what's going on...."She stopped at her words when her phone buzzed and she blushed when she saw it was Triston.

"Triston right? I'll also pretend like I don't know what's going on between you both...."

"He's my boyfriend"Darlina interrupted her and Hazel's eyes widened in shock, glancing at Liam who was also watching them with a large grin.

"What? Boyfriend?...."She started to say but Darlina didn't let her finish her words again.

"He's waiting outside,Talk to you later. Byeeee,Bye my sister's future husband"She kissed her cheeks before waving at Liam and she rushed out of the living room making Liam laugh again in amusement.

THE FREDRICKS MANSION

Raphael and Elsa had woken up since but they wouldn't get out of the bed or stop kissing and they were cuddling with her legs entangled with his and her breasts pressed against his chest tightly with their body pressing against each other.

"We should get up from the bed,Don't you have to go to the office?"Elsa stared up at him feeling his arms tightening around her waist.

"Fuck the office,I don't wanna get up from this bed. You're too warm and soft and I love having you here in my arms"He responded,burying his face in her neck and she giggled despite how her body shuddered in delight.

"I love being in your arms too but I'm hungry, Aren't you hungry?"She pouted with her fingers tracing and touching his hard chest.

"Since my baby is hungry, I have no choice but to let you go"He murmured pecking her lips and her cheeks flushed red when he said that.

"I like it when you call me that"Elsa said quietly blushing more and he raised his brows in amusement smirking.

"I also love calling you that too,My baby. It suits you perfectly because you're my baby"Raphael smirked leaning in towards her again and he kissed the tip of her nose softly then his lips trailed to her cheeks.

He pressed his lips against her cheeks and her eyes fluttered closed,She giggled cutely when he kissed her cheeks again and he couldn't help but smile pulling her more closer to him.

Elsa giggled smiled more when he kissed her cheeks again but she suddenly remembered that she had class.

She tried to wriggle out of his arms but he held her tight for a moment before she managed to pull away and immediately stood up from the bed.

Raphael chuckled staring at her as he leaned back on his elbows,His hands behind his head while his eyes roamed over her body staring at the tiny pink singlet nightie and shorts she wore exposing her soft thighs with her short legs.

"Damn, you look delicious"He murmured still staring at her and she rolled her eyes even though she was blushing again lightly.

"Control your eyes"She turned around, facing the mirror to look at her scattered hair and his eyes dropped to her Ass.

"You're doing this on purpose right?"He smirked and she still didn't turn around but he could see her expression through the window.

"Doin what on purpose?"

He shook his head, chuckling again and she turned back around with a mischievous look on her face.

Elsa took off her nightie singlet and Raphael's throat went dry instantly, She took off her shorts leaving her in only her bra and panties and Raphael's fists clenched biting his lips to hold back a groan.

"I'm heading to the shower,You coming?"

Raphael's eyes darkened while he gulped feeling heat already.

"I might eat you up and you won't be able to use your legs for two weeks"

Elsa's eyes widened and she coughed, her face flushing more.

"It's best I shower alone"She responded,her cheeks still pink.

She immediately went to her bathroom,locking the door behind her and she heard Raphael's laughter inside her room making Elsa smile gigging to herself too.

Axton took Cecilia around the whole neighborhood while she wouldn't stop talking or staring at everyone that passed by them while he pushed her wheelchair carefully with a stone face.

"You're going to the hospital for checkup today right?"He asked and she nodded, dragging his water bottle from him and gulping all the water in it making him frown.

"Ask for permission before taking something that doesn't belong to you"Axton said, frowning deeply and took his water bottle back from her.

"I've heard you Lecturer,You should become a professor"She rolled her eyes and he glared at her but didn't say anything choosing to ignore her words.

Cecilia was about to speak again when suddenly a lady screamed when she saw them mainly staring at Cecilia with a horrified look on her face.

"C... Cecilia?"

"Huh"Cecilia blinked totally confused while Axton was confused as well still frowning.

"Aren't you Cecilia Fredrick?"

Cecilia blinked again feeling like she had heard that name before but Why was....Wait! Could it be that the lady recognizes her and knows something about her?.

"Y.. you know me?"She stuttered, swallowing the lump in her throat and the Lady nodded still looking scared thinking she was staring at a ghost.

"W.. who am I?"

"I..I don't understand, You don't know who you are?"

Cecilia shook her head with her heart racing.

"I had an accident and I don't remember anything about myself or family,I don't remember anything..."

The lady's expression changed to shock.

"What! Everyone thought you died in that accident..."

"The fuck?"Axton muttered staring at her with wide eyes.

"B.. but I'm not dead, I'm alive."Her eyes welled up in tears.

"Your family thought you were dead, Your death was all over the internet. People thought you died in that accident, You have a family. Your Stepsister is married to a guy named Raphael and you have a father and mother. You were an Instagram influencer, I used to follow you back then but when everyone thought you died, Your account was taken down and...I... I'm shocked to see that you're still alive...I..i..."

Cecilia's eyes widened in shock with the lady's words replaying in her head.

"Oh my God"She muttered, She'd always wondered why her family hadn't come to search and now it all made sense to her. They thought she was dead?

"Evie, You're Shaking. Calm down"Axton bent down to look at her with his hands on her knees and she nodded.

"Can we contact one of her family members,You know where they live or something?"Axton asked and the Lady nodded.

"We can contact her dad"

Axton nodded and immediately brought out his phone to call his mum while Cecilia was still sitting on the wheelchair looking shocked with her head ringing as she thought about everything the lady said to her.

THE FREDRICKS MANSION

Rapheal held Elsa's hand in his as they climbed down the stairs smiling at each other but Raphael froze when he saw Elsa's father looking at them from where he was sitting with his wife.

The look he was giving Raphael made him swallow hard,Her dad was definitely angry about what he did to Elsa and he felt kinda ashamed to look at him.

"Good morning Dad"Elsa greeted with a wide smile before greeting her step mother who was eating her meal without even answering her.

"Good morning Mr Fredrick"Raphael said nervously still holding Elsa's hand and he only nodded at his greeting.

"I see you both have made up"He said and both of them nodded standing without sitting.

"And you no longer what to divorce him?"He asked Elsa and she nodded smiling widely.

"I've forgiven him. He loves me and I love him too. We decided to get back together"She blushed while Raphael grinned too and her father's expression turned thoughtful before he nodded,returning his eyes back to rapheal.

"Raphael,If you dare hurt my daughter again and make her cry,I'll cut off that thing between your legs. Trust me"He threatened staring at Rapheal with a very serious expression.

Both their eyes widened at his threat before Rapheal laughed awkardly nodding his head.

"Yes Sir, I promise not to hurt her anymore.I'll always make her happy," Raphael said,smiling as he glanced at Elsa who blushed even more.

"Good. I expect you to keep your word Raphael"

"I will,Sir.I swear it"He smiled. "I still need that thing for your daughter and I wouldn't want it to get cut off" Raphael said playfully with a smirk.

Elsa almost choked on her breath while her dad blinked before he shook his head,clearing his throat.

"Let's have breakfast together..."He got interrupted when his phone rang and he excused himself while Elsa took a seat away from her Step mother still holding Raphael's hand.

Mr Fredrick suddenly walked back to the dining area looking so happy and shocked.

"Are you okay Honey?"Mrs Frederick asked and he couldn't even respond.

"Dad? What happened?"

"Cecilia is alive"He muttered like he couldn't believe it himself and all their Eyes went wide in shock mostly Mrs Frederick"s eyes.

"W..what d..d..do you mean Fredrick? O..our daughter is dead so h.. how can she be alive?"She stuttered looking scared, She didn't look happy at all but rather she looked scared... So scared and Elsa noticed it.

"Cecilia is Alive. I..I heard her voice. She spoke to me.
