chapter 05 - Silent Devil

Robin woke up, that place is filled with smoky fog. Robin felt a sharp chill in his spine and he rubbed his arms for heat. "Hello? Squiky?" He called out, there is nothing but silence. A slight growl is heard from behind. He slowly turned his head to see it, a sharp glaring red eyes pierced the mask of smoky fog. Robin was scared as shit and ran in the opposite direction. No matter how far he ran, those eyes are so closer behind him. He looked back to see those eyes but suddenly hit something in the front.

He fell back hardly and slammed the body on his back. Robin yelped in pain and slowly opened,seeing a hand extended in front of him. "Get up kid, we got no time to shit around" A stern female voice asked him. He tried to look at the face but no use as her face is filled with smoky fog but can only see her hand. There was a cut mark on her palm and her arm is filled with scars. "What are you waiting for?" He extended his hand for a shake but Her palm bleeded from the cut. Suddenly his surroundings filled with her blood and nearly drowned him. "Please...Help...."

With sudden jerk, Robin woke into reality. He felt cold as he is literally in mid air travelling on a motorcycle. He looked down for a bit and almost lost his balance and held on the person infront of him tightly. "You woke up, huh??" Same squiky voice from earlier. "Where are we?" Robin looked around. "ofcourse in the middle of your escort, your honour " That rat guy answered sarcastically. "What is your name? " He suddenly stopped the motorcycle and turned back. That guy started crying loudly by hugging Robin. Robin was baffled and shocked. "Why...why....did I asked you something wrong?? That you can't answer." Robin stuttered.

"It's not thaatttt *waaah* you're.... You're the second person to ask me this in my whole life...." Even though he sneezed some snot on robins shirt, He just felt relieved that he asked him. "Okay? Now tell me your name ..." He lightly tapped to comfort him. "My- My name is....Kruno" He sniffled and wiped his tears and turned front to continue driving. "Kruno, does this Silent devil is dangerous??" As soon as he mentioned her name Kruno again stopped his motorcycle. "It's not even few minutes passed that I appreciated you.Now, Your asking about her again!?" He was terrified and shouted at him. "Okay..Okay...I won't ask you about her....." Robin pouted and sat at back silently.

Kruno again stopped the motorcycle. "What?! I didn't ask you about her right? Why did you sto-" Robin was amazed seeing the building in front of him. "This is your destination enjoy your trip" He waved his hand and disappeared in a blink of an eye. "Come on robin...you can do it." He encouraged himself and opened the gate. A creaky sound made him even more fear of what awaits for him. He went towards the main door and rang the door bell. A bing dang sound heard with an echoing sound around. Robin was startled by that sound, but still rang the bell.

(Inside the house)

A messy bedroom with lots of randomly fallen things on the floor like clothes, alcohol bottles, cigarette buds. Someone layed on the bed by sleeping on their stomach position.She was jerked from the sleep and turned her head to right side in irritation. Again the door bell rang, "Ketchuuupp....Shut fu**ing bell" She covered her head with the pillow to avoid that sound.

(OUTSIDE)

Robin was about to ring the bell third time, but suddenly main door was opened slightly and a small monkey like creature poked it's head out. "Wait!! Don't ring the bell again" He pulled Robin inside to make him not to ring the bell and fell on the floor."phew.....Thank the deus, you didn't ring the bell. Who are you boy? Why are you here?." That monkey wiped the sweat on its forehead which was formed from tension as he stands up. "I am here to meet your ...your" Robin hesitated to say as he doesn't know who he will be meeting. "My master?" That monkey helped to get the words. "Yes...your master " He smiled. "But master is not in the mood to meet anyone. You can leave boy." That monkey bowed and gave him byes.

"No,no I cannot leave without speaking to her" He knelt and asked that money. "No boy.....Master will be angry if she knew I allowed you. So please lea-" A loud thunder hit the grass in their lawn and suddenly there is a heavy rain. "Well, maybe you can leave when the rain stops." That monkey waved at him to stand up. Robin took support from the table beside him but accidentally slipped and pushed the collosal jade vase. Which made the same sound as the door bell and broke into thousands of pieces. "Oh my deus!! Not now!! " That monkey closed his eyes in tension and an alcohol bottle rolled from the stairs, step by step with clinking sound and stopped by Robin foot.

"Ohh..... we're dead" That monkey saw the bottle by opening his middle fingers to see. Robin bent and picked up the bottle up and suddenly a scary figure stood infront of him. "Ahhh!!! " Robin screamed at that monkey and that monkey screamed at Robin. "Shhhh" That girl shushe, placing a finger on her lip. She is slightly stumbling as she is drunk but fully aware of what's going on around. "Ketchup...." She gave a cold expression. "Yes master" Ketchup grabbed the bottom of its hoodie and stepped forward with fear. "Throw him out" In just few words, she ordered him with stern face.

"No, wait. I need to talk to you." Robin tried to explain but that women gave a glare at him. "I need to go to Elarion, and your the only choice I had" Robin stepped forward. "Well, sadly you don't even have that option " She gave a stern statement and turned back. "Wait! Everyone are in trouble.....some creature is coming after me. It is even hurting my people because of some soul stone. " Ketchup looked worried about robins situation but That woman didn't responded and started walking back into her room. "I am having dreams that come true.....I also saw you!" He held her right arm which is fully covered with bandages and she grabbed his neck and slammed him to the wall instantly.

Robin was suffocated as she is squeezing his neck too hard. He is coughing from the pain and lack of breath. "I saw your right palm....It-*cough* It has a cut on the middle and blood flowed from it" That murderous look in her eyes became normal and she released him from her grip. "You must leave...now" She warned him with a strong glare. "I- I cannot.....Wait please I will show you something" She turned back again walking. Robin is searching for his black card to show her but couldn't find it. But a petal of lily fell from his back pocket while he is searching. As the wind blew, that petal flew at the feet of that woman.

She stopped when she saw the petal and picked it up with her right hand. She tenderly pressed that petal and freezed for a moment. "Ketchup... know what he want and make him leave" She turned back and left that area. "It is a miracle that madam has allowed you to stay" Ketchup grabbed the end of his shirt. '' I will show your room, let's go" Ketchup is looking behind and walked in circle around Robin. "What is it?" Robin asked in confusion. "Where is your luggage?" Ketchup looked up at Robin. "Haha, I didn't brought any" He scratched his head in embarrassment. "Okay....I will arrange you something" Ketchup went to arrange him a room. While Robin looked around her house. But he noticed something off...
