Chapter 128 Isn’t This Also a Kind of NTR For Kurama?

"You guys are leaving tomorrow?"

"So soon??"

Naruto began to feel regretful when he heard what Adult Sasuke said.

'Damn it!'

'I still haven't fulfilled my responsibilities as a father today!'

'I had just beaten Boruto once today.'

Adult Sasuke was silent for a while, then took out a scroll and threw it to Naruto.

"This contains my experience in practicing Lightning Release..."

"Please pass it to that guy for me."

Even though he and Sasuke fought and trash talked for the entire day, when the time came to leave, Adult Sasuke couldn't help but want to teach his younger self everything he knew, even if they were from different worlds.

It was a small comfort, at least.

He hoped the younger him in this world... would have a better future.

Naruto took the scroll, put away his usual playful attitude, and said seriously, "Got it."

"Are you really not going to stay for a few more days?"

"No need."

"The longer we stay, the more chaos we'll cause."

Naruto nearly snorted, not knowing how to complain.

'Is there a possibility that...'

'That even if they weren't here, chaos would still find its way?'

"Boruto can stay here tonight."

"I'll come pick him up in the morning."

After saying this, Adult Sasuke turned and left the training ground.

Who knew where he planned to go next.

After watching the middle-aged uncle leave, Naruto turned around and shouted towards the house, "Boruto, come out here!"

"Tonight, I'm giving you special training!!"

A full three minutes passed before Boruto's voice was heard from inside the house.

"I'm coming!"

Boruto walked out the door reluctantly.

He looked exactly like a kid who'd been dragged away from his game halfway through because his mom called him for dinner.

"What's with that face?!"

"You're leaving tomorrow!"

"Tonight, you're training with me, no excuses!"

Naruto took out a big iron rod and used it as a 'teaching aid', which made Boruto flinch.

Thinking back to the way his father punched Urashiki today, Boruto realized that if he didn't take it seriously, he would most likely go to the Pure Land to see his grandma again.

He knew that his father's golden statue can resurrect people.

So no matter how many times he died, his father could just pull him back.

'How despairing...'

'I really just wanted to go back to my room and read...'

Boruto's face turned pale and he faltered, "Dad..."

"The special training you're talking about isn't... Gamabunta, is it?"

Naruto was so amused by the silly boy that he raised his hand and gave the kid his favorite snack… a big slap on the head.

"What nonsense are you talking about?!"

"Tonight, you're learning that Kame... Kitsunehameha." (T/N: Kame means turtle and Kitsune means fox.)

Since he'd used the BijuKamehameha earlier, Kurama had gotten a bit jealous.

He kept grumbling about how the power came from him, yet the move was named after another Biju.

After all, there is a 'Turtle' in the name...

Kurama naturally thought of Sanbi, Isobu.

That's why Naruto could understand why the Kurama suddenly wanted to change the move's name.

Kurama looked so jealous, as if Naruto was calling someone else's name at an important moment.

Thinking about it, that really would suck.

So Naruto readily accepted the big fox's suggestion and changed the name of the move from 'Kamehameha' to 'Kitsunehameha' to make Kurama feel included.

"Boruto, listen carefully...."

"If you ever meet a delinquent with tattoos, remember to beat him to death."

"Don't talk too much, just hit him with everything you've got."

"And when you go back, protect your family properly."

Naruto taught while rambling on and on to Boruto.

His words were essentially a warning to never get tattoos and to stay away from anyone who had them.

Otherwise, there will be terrible consequences.

He almost directly mentioned a certain Kawaki.

Boruto listened to his father's sermon with gritted teeth.

Of course he was also worried that if he said no, his father would send him straight to the Pure Land.

The rest of the night was spent with Naruto patiently teaching his not-so-bright son how to perform the chakra version of the Kitsunehameha.

The father and son did not sleep all night, and spent the whole night accompanied by sweat and explosions.

Everyone in Konoha Village also stayed awake all night.

At one point, Boruto messed up so badly he had to visit his grandma in the Pure Land six times to complain.

But it has to be said that Naruto's life-and-death training method is very effective.

"Kitsunehameha!"

Whoosh…

A thick blue beam shot continuously from Boruto's hands, slicing through the few remaining trees around him in half.

"Huff… Huff…"

Three seconds later, Boruto held his knees with both hands and gasped for breath.

Exhaustion was written all over his face, but it couldn't hide the excitement in his eyes.

"Dad!"

"I did it! I did it!!!"

"HAHAHAHA!"

Boruto happily circled around his father like an overexcited puppy.

If he weren't almost as tall as his father, he might've actually jumped on him, just to get some praise.

"Impressive!"

"My son is indeed the strongest!"

Seeing Boruto's excitement, Naruto couldn't bring himself to crush the kid's spirit, so he could only transform into a protagonist's proud father on the spot.

He almost shouted, 'My son has the qualities to be an Emperor.'

But still...

Naruto figured the only reason Boruto had managed to learn it in one night was thanks to his life-and-death training method.

'No wonder our ancestors said there is great terror between life and death!'

'So this was what they meant!

'I understand now!!!'

"Oh, right."

"Did you memorize all the training methods I told you about?"

Seeing that the time was almost up, Naruto did not forget to remind his son.

The training methods he'd shared were actually nerfed versions of what he'd gone through as a kid.

If he'd really taught Boruto Kurama-sensei's original training regimen...

He was really afraid that Boruto would piss blood after training for a few days.

"Yeah, yeah, I got it!"

"Dad, you are anno..."

"Hm?"

Boruto's words died in his throat as Naruto's glare shut him up.

Naruto decided the kid shouldn't be praised too much, so he found a random excuse to start beating him again.

"OUCH! DAD, STOP!"

"I'M SORRY! I'M SORRY!!"

Rustle, rustle…

The father-son bonding moment was interrupted by the arrival of Adult Sasuke.

When Boruto saw Adult Sasuke, his lips trembled, and he immediately burst into loud, dramatic sobs, "SASUKE-SAN!!!"

"I WANNA GO HOME!!"

"RIGHT NOW!!!"

The boy had finally snapped under the abuse and could no longer tolerate his father's constant domestic violence.

Clutching his sore butt, he limped behind Adult Sasuke, crying and whining.

"Dad!"

"We're about to say goodbye..."

"Do you really have to find an opportunity to hit me?"

The child cried heartbreakingly, though whether it was because he actually wanted to leave or because he'd miss this version of his father was unclear.

Naruto crossed his arms, completely unfazed by the brat's tears.

Adult Sasuke glanced at Naruto, exchanged a silent look with him, and then said, "Naruto..."

"We're leaving."

"Yeah."

The two didn't talk much, but there was a hint of reluctance in their voices.

When Sasuke took out the artifact, Karasuki, and was about to leave with Boruto, Naruto suddenly called.

"Wait."

"Boruto, take this."

Naruto threw out two scrolls containing two Totems of Undying, as well as ten bottles of red and blue potions and a bucket of milk.

Yesterday, he specifically asked Karasuki about.

These are already the limits of what Karasuki can carry, and anything more would be impossible to take back.

"D-Dad...!"

Boruto naturally knew that the things inside were most likely resurrection items when he held the scroll.

This made Boruto's tears, which had just stopped, fall uncontrollably again.

"Yeah, yeah, just go."

"Annoying little brat."

"My future son won't be as much of a troublemaker as you."

Naruto waved his hand and walked into the house without looking back.

A white light flashed, and the two figures disappeared without a trace.

Boruto thought of the appearance of his father in this world, and with his palm pressed on his chest, he said silently in his heart, 'Sorry, Dad...'

'Please forgive me for taking your book away without permission...'
