Near the destination pt 2

Ch.21.

The bus was on the road and within it were two love birds talking about their situation but Adam was very anxious about the event to come right just a few miles ahead. Adam could sense a strange presence in the forest a bit further than their current position. The bus raged onwards without any hesitation. Adam decided to chat with Snowflake for a bit more as they had some time before they could encounter the other wave of new forms

"Time is running short you know so we have to do it now." Adam forgot to tell Snowflake what was about to happen.

" Wait … right now??" Snowflake was thinking of something different.

"Yes right now or it'll be too late." Adam said with a very serious look.

"Then if you you it's the right time then I'm ready." Snowflake couldn't look Adam in the eye.

"That's all I wanted to hear."

The bus halted and Adam aroused from his sit slightly as he thought the new forms have appeared but nope the bus had stopped because it's night time and they have to make camp for the night. The ladies made their group of only ladies and the boys made their own, the tents was were very hard to set up especially when the ladies couldn't work together with the boys and vice versa. The food was very easy to come but as one of the girls knew how to create Empty Space It's a witchcraft technique that allows the caster to create a small dimension which they can put all their luggage in and it also has limitations as how Mucha person can carry. They ate their feast with smiles all over their faces and sharing their experiences of what had occurred on the road and some old stories. Adam was an outlier as the people felt disconnected from him, being so far out of their reach. The two toppers Snowflake and Roi were not that disconnected but only Snowflake talked to him that night not because of pity but because of the talk they had in the bus.

"So we are now dating…" *blushes* both of them were.

Adam was surprised as he didn't know but soon went along with it…

"Yes we are and … I love it." Adam resisted with all of hisight to not laugh but he did.

"So when he's too hyped he laughs out loud." Snowflake thought to herself as she gave a small laugh.

Meanwhile the other students were watching them with blank faces "so the only way to get a girl is to be cool and impressive like him." They whispered amongst each other.

The time he come even though it wasn't set, they all slept at the same time unlike the other person named Adam he was busy guarding the camp From the new forms. He lost the count of time to the point that he forgot night time exists, this was the changing factor in the upcoming battle. Adam sat there near the campfire with sword at hand. Brustling in the trees and a cold wind blew then followed by a hot gust of wind, this was the signal to head out before the new forms arrived at the camp, Adam would meet them mid way and he did.

Adam was now face to face with the new forms and they lu he'd at him at once. Adam threw some powerful swings an this time he was using a broad sword unlike last time, this sword allowed him to pick some heavy strikes. The new forms were many and all Adam could see was pink veins in the dark, that was the only sure fire way to track enemy movements. The now headed up into the trees as he started running away…

"At this rate I can't defend the camp so I'll simply lead them far away from it." The new forms chased after him lunging and leaping towards him. Adam dodged some of them but he couldn't avoid all of them that's how he got scars, bruises and blood on his body. The new forms were falling one by one. The night was very hard and long for Adam but heanaged to survive the night and apparently all the new forms that attacked were all gone, dead. When a new form dies they turn into ahes that fades with the wind. The good news was that Adam was wearing some different clothes during the battle and when morning came he was in good normal clothes but the eyebags around his eyes were visible as daylight. The packed up, hopped in the bus then headed off to their destination…

"Didn't you sleep last night??* Snowflake was looking at Adam with worried eyes.

"I couldn't sleep…" Adam fell asleep on top on Snowflake's shoulder and that was that.

The students were now staring at them with blank faces again.

The bus ride went on for hours without rest and Adam was still asleep but this time Snowflake too was sleeping. KIRRRIIII!! the bus stopped and this time the teacher anounced that the destination is just 50 miles ahead meaning after 15 minutes they would arrive and it sounds like the teachers couldn't notice the appearance of new formsas their energy links aren't listed in the World's Creature Links. Some how it's a technology book the only one of It's kind and it's installed to every state machines in order to detect nearby creatures and the buses all had one installed.

Adam and the others quickly went out but some were too scared to step out of the bus. The forest grounds turned into a free for all battlefield with no holding back. The others quickly fell to their knees. Adam and Snowflake were now fighting side by side. White Aura then a flash of yellow Aura with a slight purple variation were now dancing on the battlefield, the two seemed unstoppable even though their teamwork was terrible.

Adam started hearing the voice of the knight as his sight few fuzzy splitting his current vision with the one of the past.
