Entrance Exam

[Musutafu – UA Entrance Exam Day]

The morning sun bathed the streets in gold as Izuku Midoriya sprinted toward UA High, his heart pounding louder than his footsteps. His newly toned muscles carried him faster than he'd ever moved before, his red sneakers slapping against the pavement.

"I can't be late—not today!

His lungs burned, but he pushed harder, the towering gates of UA coming into view.

And then—

"WAAAH—!"

His foot caught on uneven concrete. Time seemed to slow as he pitched forward, the ground rushing up to meet his face.

"No no no—!"*

"Release!"

A sudden weightlessness overtook him. Izuku floated mid-air, his limbs flailing, before gently drifting back onto his feet.

"You okay?"

Izuku turned to see a girl with round cheeks and auburn hair smiling at him, her fingertips pressed together.

"S-Sorry for using my Quirk on you!"she said, bowing slightly. "But it'd be bad luck to fall before the exam, right?"

Izuku's brain short-circuited.

'A girl. A girl talked to me. A girl' touched me—

His face erupted into flames. "I-I-I—THANK YOU!" he blurted, bowing so hard his forehead nearly smacked his knees.

The girl giggled. "Good luck!"

And just like that, she skipped ahead, leaving Izuku frozen in place, his soul halfway to the stratosphere.

"Wow."

A familiar voice snapped him back to reality. Sasaki Kenjiro stood beside him, arms crossed, his sharp black hair ruffling in the breeze. At fifteen, he'd grown into his looks—tall, lean, with piercing dark eyes that always seemed to be analyzing everything. Right now, they were brimming with amusement.

"Smooth, Midoriya. Real smooth."

Izuku groaned. "Shut up."

Kenjiro smirked and nudged him forward. "Come on, lover boy. We've got robots to smash."

### [UA Auditorium – Orientation]

The auditorium buzzed with nervous energy as hundreds of examinees took their seats. Izuku fidgeted beside Kenjiro, his knee bouncing uncontrollably.

"Settle down, listeners!"

A deafening voice boomed through the speakers as Present Mic himself leaped onto the stage, his signature grin wide enough to split his face.

"WELCOME TO UA'S HERO COURSE ENTRANCE EXAM!"

The crowd erupted into cheers—some excited, some terrified.

"Get ready for the practical test of your lives!" Mic threw his arms wide. "But first—THE RULES!"

A massive screen lit up behind him, displaying a cityscape simulation.

"You'll be battling robots in a mock urban zone! Three types: One-Pointers, Two-Pointers, and Three-Pointers! Smash 'em to earn points!"

A boy with glasses shot up from his seat. "Excuse me, sir!" He chopped his hand through the air like a blade. "The pamphlet mentions four robot types! This is a grave oversight for future heroes!"

Mic chuckled. "Good catch, examinee #7111! The fourth type is worth ZERO points—a gimmick obstacle! Avoid it!"

Kenjiro leaned toward Izuku. "Translation: It's a trap."

Izuku swallowed hard.

Mic continued, "You'll have ten minutes! No attacking other examinees or you're disqualified! That's it! Any questions?"

Silence.

Then—

"No? THEN LET'S GOOOOO—!"

The crowd surged to their feet as the gates to the battle centers opened.

---

### [Battle Center B – Preparation Zone]

Izuku's hands trembled as he stretched.

"O-Okay… 7%… I can do this…"

Kenjiro rolled his shoulders, cracking his neck. "Remember, Midoriya—don't think. Just move."

Before Izuku could respond, a voice snarled behind them.

"Deku."

Izuku stiffened. Bakugou Katsuki stood there, his crimson eyes burning with barely contained fury.

"You've been acting real damn suspicious lately," Bakugou growled. "What's your game?"

Izuku met his gaze—no flinching, no stuttering. "No game, Kacchan. I'm just here to be a hero."

Bakugou's eye twitched. "Tch. Don't get in my way." He stormed off, explosions popping in his palms.

Kenjiro whistled. "Damn. You've got a death wish, don't you?"

Izuku exhaled. "Maybe."

A buzzer blared.

"BEGIN!"

The gates exploded open.

---

### [Battle Center B – The Exam Starts]

Robots surged into the streets. Examinees scattered, screams and Quirk activations filling the air.

Kenjiro didn't hesitate.

"Mochi Gatling."

His arms split, elongating into a dozen whip-like tendrils that slammed into a cluster of One-Pointers, crushing them like tin cans.

"Five points."

Izuku, meanwhile, focused on his breathing.

"7%… just 7%…"

Green lightning crackled across his skin as he *dashed* forward—

"SMASH!"

His fist *caved* in a Two-Pointer's chassis.

"It worked!"

The battle had only just begun.

********

### [Battle Center B – UA Entrance Exam]

The air was thick with the sounds of screeching metal and panicked shouts as examinees clashed with the robotic villains. Amid the chaos, one figure moved with terrifying efficiency—**Sasaki Kenjiro.**

A Three-Pointer lunged at him, its massive metal fist swinging down like a wrecking ball. Kenjiro didn't even blink.

"Mochi Hydra."

His arms *split* into multiple elastic tendrils, each one hardening mid-air before **slamming** into the robot's joints. The machine crumpled like paper, sparks flying as its circuits shorted out.

"Three points."

He didn't stop.

A group of examinees screamed as a Two-Pointer cornered them, its laser targeting system locking on. Kenjiro's leg elongated, his foot morphing into a massive mochi hammer.

"Mochi Axe Kick."

***CRACK!***

The robot's head caved in, its body collapsing in a heap of twisted metal.

"Two more."

A girl with vine-like hair stared at him, wide-eyed. "H-how are you doing that?!"

Kenjiro smirked. "Practice."

Then he was gone, already moving toward the next cluster of robots.

---

### [Rescue Points – Unseen Heroism]

Not all points came from destruction.

A boy with hardening Quirk had been pinned under debris, his leg trapped beneath a collapsed wall. Kenjiro's arm liquefied, sliding under the rubble before **solidifying** into a lever and **lifting** the wreckage effortlessly.

"You good?"

The boy gasped. "Y-yeah! Thanks, man!"

Kenjiro didn't wait for gratitude. He was already moving, his Quirk allowing him to **sense vibrations** in the ground—another trick he'd mastered.

"Mochi Sonar."

He felt it before he saw it—a group of examinees about to be ambushed by a pair of One-Pointers.

"Mochi Gatling."

His fists **extended**, striking like bullets, **pulverizing** both robots before they could attack.

A proctor watching from the monitor room leaned forward.

"This kid… he's not just strong. He's strategic."

---

### [The Zero-Pointer Arrives]

The ground **trembled.**

A shadow loomed over the battlefield as the massive Zero-Pointer—a towering, city-block-sized robot—came to life, its red eyes glowing ominously.

"WARNING: HOSTILE TARGET ACQUIRED."

Examinees **scrambled**, screaming as the behemoth's fist **slammed** into a building, sending debris raining down.

Kenjiro didn't run.

He **grinned.**

"Finally, a challenge."

---

The Zero-Pointer's arm reared back, preparing to crush everything in its path.

Kenjiro's body **rippled**, his entire right arm **expanding** grotesquely, layers of mochi compressing into an **enormous, spiked fist.**

"Mochi: Titan Breaker."

He **leaped**, his fist **rocketing forward** like a cannonball.

***BOOOOOOM!***

The impact **shattered** the Zero-Pointer's chest cavity, the force sending **shockwaves** through the street. The massive machine **staggered**, its systems failing, before collapsing backward in an earth-shaking **crash.**

Silence.

Then—**cheers.**

Examinees stared in awe as Kenjiro landed gracefully, his arm shrinking back to normal.

"That's gotta be a record," someone muttered.

---

### [Monitor Room – Pro Hero Reactions]

The UA faculty watched the screens in stunned silence.

"Holy hell," Present Mic breathed. "Did that kid just one-shot the Zero-Pointer?!"

Eraserhead's eyes narrowed. "His Quirk's elasticity is off the charts. But it's not just raw power—he's thinking.Look at how he rescues people mid-fight."

All Might, in his skeletal form, watched Midoriya's screen with pride—but his gaze kept flicking back to Kenjiro.

"That boy… he fights like he's been training for this his whole life."

Nezu, the principal, steepled his paws. "Oh, he has. And I suspect we've only seen the beginning of what he can do."

---

The buzzer blared.

"EXAM CONCLUDED! ALL EXAMINEES, PLEASE EXIT THE TESTING GROUNDS!"

Kenjiro wiped sweat from his brow, surveying the wreckage.

"Villain Points? Maxed out. Rescue Points? Probably stacked. That Zero-Pointer? Obliterated."

He smirked.

"Yeah. I just broke their system."

As he walked out, he caught sight of Midoriya—bruised but triumphant—and Bakugou, who was **glaring** at both of them.

Kenjiro chuckled.

"This school won't know what hit it."
