Gu Fenyi wakes up one day to find she's inside a novel—not as the main character, but as the soon-to-be divorced wife who is supposed to die young.

“Did Jiang Er file you a complaint?” she asked. 


He chuckled. “President Jiang Er values his reputation. If he wanted to complain, he’d go straight to Mr. Ye—not me.” 


Gu Fenyi nodded. “Then that’s enough, isn’t it?”
