I smiled and replied:
«Calm down, you are my friend, why would I harm you? - As I got closer to the wormhole, I said: - There are a few people in the world with abilities similar to yours. Barry's a speedster and there are a few like him, and you're a similar story. You just haven't learned how to control them yet. I'll explain everything I know to you, and then I'll go to Earth-2.
Cisco looked at me and asked seriously:
«Are you serious about friendship?
I nodded:
«Sure, of course, if you don't mind. A man like me doesn't have many friends. It's even harder to make them. I think it's easy to see why. I usually kill my enemies and take whatever I like. Unless, of course, it belongs to someone close to me. In general, I'm a shitty person, if I can be considered a person at all....
Cisco grinned crookedly:
«No argument there, but-- Oh, come on, tell me about my powers.
Inwardly, I smiled. Still, Cisco, that's Cisco. It's not idiot Barry, who only sees black and white. Cisco has his principles. It's a shame he's on that asshole's team, though... Barry's too bad for him. Hmm, when you think about it that way, after Flashpoint I can start doing whatever I want and I don't have to stick to canon. The reason Zoom is still alive is because of Flashpoint. Well, we'll see how it goes...
Next, I told Cisco about his basic abilities. It's resistance to temporal disturbances. The ability to see "visions" of meta-humans, an ability he was just beginning to learn. Well, and more useful powers. Mostly vibrations, they are the reason his powers are so powerful. His vibrations allow him to sense his own kind with the same abilities. Vibrations allow him to fight super speeders. Thanks to his vibrations, he is able to open gaps to other worlds. All in all, his powers have many uses and thanks to them, he can indeed become terribly powerful. Reverb didn't say for nothing that he has the ability to become a god. He can see into the past or the future, even into the speedforce itself. Of course, I don't know much about his powers, I just told you what I know. When I get powers like that, I'll be able to study them better.
After my story, Cisco whistled:
«Shit, it all sounds so cool, I'm having a hard time believing it. Looks like that bastard left me something useful.
I grinned:
«He left you nothing. The dark matter chose you, Thawne had nothing to do with it. It irradiated several thousand people and only a few of them got powers. Maybe it was for a reason.
«Of course I'm the chosen one. - Ramon grinned.
«Okay, I've told you what I know. Now I gotta go.
«So you're seriously going to earth-2?
I nodded:
«Yeah, I'm gonna finish up a little business there first, and then we'll see....
«I see. Good luck, be careful out there, it's Zoom's place.
I grinned:
«Zoom is not a threat to me, you should be worried, he's targeting you. I'd help, but I have my own things to do. So you're on your own. - waving to Cisco, I turned around and entered the wormhole.
The sensation was as strange and unlike anything I'd ever felt before. The space around me was wriggling, but the tunnel was stable, and I could walk forward with ease. It didn't feel like a portal, but more like a tunnel leading somewhere. A bright blue light illuminated everything around me, and only the darkness in the distance was a landmark.
I exhaled and walked on. After only a few steps, everything around me shook, and then I was out of the tunnel. The place I found myself in was very similar to the one I'd entered. But there were differences, of course. Star Labs was a little different, as were the smells. Walking forward a bit, the glass gate opened and I walked forward. From the sounds of it, the room was quite lively, unlike Star Labs from my land. There were a bunch of people here, though, a few seats were empty....
As I was walking and looking around, I heard a heartbeat. It wasn't far away, the lab is close to me. The heartbeat was quite fast, it sounded like a slight fear..... After hesitating for a bit, the man started moving quickly towards me. He seemed to already know someone was here... I smiled and slowly walked towards him. As soon as he was in range, he immediately pointed his gun at me. But he didn't even have time to say a word, I was instantly behind him and knocked him out with an easy movement.
Harrison Wells didn't even realize what had happened. I threw him on my shoulder and carried him upstairs. There was something I needed to do in this place, and then I'd wander around the city.
Wells' main office wasn't hard to find. That's where I spotted him. Once there, I put Harrison in the chair. He might not even remember what happened, who knows? I didn't really care if he remembered or not, that's not why I was here.
When I went to his computer and turned it on, I of course saw the password entry window. There was no time to crack it, but I had brought a flash drive. I had my doubts whether it would work, but it seemed to go well. The program was up and running, and I was able to access the system easily. There was no time to look for anything, so I just started downloading all the information. Even though Wells' computer was very powerful, and my flash drive one of the most powerful on earth. The copying process took much longer than I had bargained for. After ten minutes, Wells started to wake up, so I knocked him out again.
The download didn't finish until half an hour later. There was so much data that I would probably get bogged down in it. Of course, I could have taken the data drive right away and not bothered. But I'm afraid that could cause unwanted problems. I don't want my actions to affect flashpoint. I'm about to make some changes, so I don't want to take any unnecessary risks. If the flashpoint doesn't happen, many events will be hard to predict, which is very disadvantageous for me.
Taking the flash drive, I quickly shut down my computer and teleported outside through the window.
As I looked around, I was amazed.... This world was very different, transportation was certainly different. Magnetic cushion trains are a pretty good solution, if you ask me. In our world, of course, they are also present, but some technologies are quite expensive, so it is not profitable to use them. Perhaps on this earth the problem has been solved.
The buildings were different too, as were the people's clothes. The world was more like a typical movie from the 60s-70s, in which Americans portrayed a supposed future.
Probably a lot of these technologies are still undiscovered, but I wouldn't say they're too far ahead. In any case, I've already gotten enough information. The technology I want is not in this place at all.
Hmm, but how do I find Reverb? He's the reason I'm here, but finding him won't be easy.
