The Last Noor : Chapter 4

Title : The Reincarnated Bonds

After 80 years, the cycle of fate began again. In the city's wealthiest family, a boy named Aryan was born—charming, sharp, and with a strange depth in his eyes that often confused those around him. Meanwhile, in a small, modest home, the daughter of a humble bus driver, Zahira, came into the world. She was quiet, wise beyond her years, and drawn to painting.

As a child, Aryan was always told he was special, while Zahira spent her time surrounded by books, paints, and dreams bigger than her world. Their childhoods were different, yet each night both of them were haunted by the same eerie dreams—pieces of a past neither could understand: flashes of deserts, screams, fire, and eyes that spoke volumes. The images left them scared but strangely connected.

After finishing school, Aryan joined the biggest university in the city. Zahira, though poor, was brilliant and earned a full scholarship to the same university due to her artistic excellence. But university wasn't easy. Zahira was ridiculed for her clothes, her background, her silence. Aryan didn't speak to her, but he noticed everything.

One day, Zahira sat in the college corridor, alone and upset. A rich student approached her cruelly, mocking her, throwing money at her, and saying, "Garbage like you should be grateful to be noticed. Come with me, and I'll pay you for your beauty. Just take off your clothes." Before Zahira could even react, Aryan—who overheard—stormed in. For the first time in his life, rage took over. He beat the boy viciously, breaking his teeth and ribs. And then, Aryan collapsed.

When Aryan awoke, he was lying on a bed in a small house. Zahira had brought him home. He looked around, confused. Zahira, sitting by his side, explained what had happened. Her father entered, laughing, "So this is your first friend?" It was the beginning of something unknown.

Zahira offered him biscuits and tea. They talked for the first time—about family, about life. Slowly, they became friends. Zahira's presence was calming to Aryan. They began sitting together, eating together. Other girls grew jealous, wondering how the city's richest boy had chosen someone like Zahira. Over time, friendship turned to love, but so did the dreams—growing darker and more intense.

Concerned, Aryan met a young psychologist named Dr. Aahil. He told him about the dreams, the flashbacks, the fear. Dr. Aahil listened quietly and finally asked, "Do you believe in reincarnation?"

Dr. Aahil revealed the impossible—Zahira was the reincarnation of Zahra, Aryan himself was Rayan reborn, and the dreams were not dreams at all, but memories. Aryan refused to believe it. He thought Aahil was mad. But deep down, he couldn't shake the feeling that it was true. Terrified, he began distancing himself from Zahira. Zahira, heartbroken and confused, thought, "Of course. I'm just a poor girl. Why would someone like him choose me?"

Time passed. They graduated. Zahira became the university topper and earned a job in Aryan's father's corporate art branch. Aryan, though cold, never stopped thinking of her. Aahil, now working in his father's psychological center, remained nearby.

Then came the art event. Zahira was chosen to lead a promotional meeting for art and painting. Aryan was there. And so was Yasmin—now the city's most successful art museum owner, wife of Aahil, and granddaughter of Rayan himself.

As soon as Aryan and Zahira laid eyes on Yasmin, they froze. Zahira saw her and immediately began crying. Yasmin looked exactly like the woman from their dreams—Zahra. Zahira ran out in the middle of the meeting. Aryan followed.

Rayan's father, who organized the event, apologized and ended the meeting early. Meanwhile, Zahira was outside, trembling and crying. "She's real… she's from my dreams… why do I remember her?" she screamed.

Aryan held her, trying to calm her. Yasmin and Aahil arrived too. Yasmin, looking at Zahira, suddenly remembered her own childhood—when people looked at her like she was cursed, like she was haunted. She too broke down.

In the silence that followed, Aahil explained everything—about Zahra, about Rayan, about the broken cycle that was never completed. About Yasmin's tormented childhood, how she was treated like a spirit, and how Aahil saved her, loved her, married her.

There was only silence. Then tears. Then apologies. Aryan hugged Zahira, "I was stupid. I left you because I was scared. But I can't do it anymore. I love you. I want to marry you."

They hugged tightly.

But from the shadows, someone heard everything. Aryan's father.

He stepped forward, eyes furious. "Enough of this nonsense. You're the face of our company. I won't allow you to throw away everything for a poor girl like her."

The chapter ends there—with love, truth, and yet again, a challenge in the name of fate.
